Just installed this so I can make some 3D printed characters. Your vids are great. You're like the Bob Ross of Nomad Sculpting. Chilled voice and very informative.
Muchas gracias!!!! Bajé la app y tiene muchas herramientas y opciones. La encuentro mucho más complicada que Procreate pero estoy fascinada con todo lo que se puede hacer. Tu video me mostró muchas cosas interesantes. 👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks Dave, very usefull indeed to follow your tutorials! May I ask you if the fact of changing the size of a model impact the resolution of this one? I have some truble to know how big or tall do I have to sculpt an object. Or it doesn't matter if I don't want to print it? Thank you
I think I read it too fast as “that was a great run though” as if we were at the end of the road! 😅- glad it was helpful! Thanks for swinging by, I’ll be making many more like this! 💯🙌🏾
Sitting here with headphones and listening and hearing a door open and closes someone rumaging around, stuff is happening - its faint and in the background so i thought it was in my house.. turns out its in the video clip. .. Geebuz making me paranoidm. :D
What are your color settings like? Here, when I add gray it never turns out to be the color I want, the color I chose is always much darker. Also, how do I make all my new objects and added backgrounds look white like yours? on mine it's all orange... I'm really getting caught up in this part of the colors, it's very confusing. I've tried several skins and they all go wrong, if I add light yellow, it turns into a really ugly dark yellow... None of them are the real color I choose.
Check your environment, bottom of the lighting tab. Those will set a tone for how things look. Try using a white sphere and turn the lights and environment off, then add one light at a time. This is how you get to white! 👍🏾
I can't figure out the first brush.. I do everything as in the video, but at the same time my edges are only trimmed, but remain sharp. I tried to remesh it but the edges don't want to do it..
I did everything like you, ill get lot of cool information, but… my lighting reflects looks so squared and not smooth like yours, also on perfect smooth subject with 1m + multi resolution;( heeeeeelp
That’s fantastic. I’ve been off my diet and snacking more than I should. Im going on a family cruise in a few days, so I’m gonna be stuffed to the gills. At the moment I’m editing a cute little baby ram that I sculpted. Im also stressing, and need to do a few tutorials and videos to schedule while I’m gone. Gotta stay relevant! 💯😁
@@drugfreedaveit looks like you have a lot going on, I hope it doesn’t become too stressful, thanks for taking the time to reply on my bit cheeky comment 😅 I really like your down to ground way that you talk in your videos, it’s so nice and relaxing to listen to. Thanks for making all these wonderful videos.

This is great! I will always come back to this if I forget one thing or two.
Awesome!!! Setting up a default BG for sure. Thank you
Thanks for this video! I played around with the app a lot, but you show the nicest tips and tricks!
Use this grade in objects helps to see whats happening when you use voxel etc... thanks.
lol....I have that batman statue, and flash and superman. can't wait to do this tutorial!
Brilliant Dave! Thank you so much.
nice video! you can also smooth out the edges but increasing subdivision and lowering density before you validate too
THANK YOU! My models look so much better 😭
great video man! I love the content you put out, it's really helping me make sense of Nomad.
Thanks so much. It's clear and easy to understand
Aha!! I FINALLY found the rounded edge video 🥳🤪🥳 Been looking for ages for this.
Phew! 😙💨
I hope they add gradients soon
I hope they add rigs and bones

This is incredible. I’ve learned so much from you
Sir, you are a king
fantastic videos, brand new to this, and great to follow along, you sound a lot like Bob Ross the painter,
thats a compliment, do you teach?
Amazing tips Dave. Thank you.
That was a great run through
Huh? 🤔
@@drugfreedave sorry that wasn’t very clear was it. I watched this through last night and it helped me get a handle on Nomad. Thanks :-)

Perfect video! Thanks 💯
I'm on Android and smooth brush doesn't have lock radius. It has dot, grab-dynamic radius, and grab-dynamic intensity.
Your voice and manner of speaking sounds like Bob Ross, maybe you should start making happy accidents in 3D to sculpt a landscape in Nomad 😝
👍👍👍
Can we lock the lights position when we use turn table.

I have Nomad Sculpt 1.9 and cant find the lock radius Option
How do you make the light symbols in the scene to disappear once you’re done editing them?
You can go into the light menu above it, uncheck show light icons 👍🏾
I did same exact thing to smooth painting but not smooth any Color ı dontknow why..
I can't figure out the first brush.. I do everything as in the video, but at the same time my edges are only trimmed, but remain sharp. I tried to remesh it but the edges don't want to do it..
Check if you have smooth shading turned on; material menu
I meant one on one,

th-cam.com/video/vwczhZphXns/w-d-xo.html try this?
you have to check the share radius box under the stoke tab
I must be missing something… I did that mask after painting and it broke the cube
The first tutorial for rounding square edges doesn't work.
Here is what is up, I just started going on a diet, and started talking vitamins, what is up with you?
