      Totally agree! The skin brightening effect is real noticeable once you consistently have it for a while.
      What kind of smoothie do you put it in? Does it overpower the other flavours at all?

    I take the inside out and throw it way. You can also squeeze it with bare hands and drink the juice. Then cut the peel into small bit size pieces and sprinkle sugar in them then consume. The sugar takes some of that bright sour away. 😊❤peace and love xo

    Good maybe if they're organic, otherwise you're getting a lot of pesticides, wax, and whatever else the industry sprays on them. Why was no mention at all made of this in this relatively long video?

    • @5pillars-health
      @5pillars-health  ปีที่แล้ว

      That's a fair point! We have made an assumption that people are able to make sensible decisions on where they source their fruit and vegetables. You can of course, and we would recommend, washing all your fruit and vegetables before eating them. And, as you suggest, finding a good source to find your fruit and vegetables is always an excellent idea. We are fans of farmer's markets for our produce!

      I juiced a lemon, cut the peels into small pieces, mix with juice into the cup full of warm water, four cloves garlic, two inches ginger ( all grated) two table spoons of natural honey, then drink in an empty stomach daily. It's very good for body health.
