I use to work in a salon that offered this service and I swear I remember it working so well. This time I didn’t really feel a difference after using it. I know a lot of ppl claim that it’s not earwax in the candle and it’s just melted candle butttt I defs noticed a distinct difference between the ear wax and melted candle bits.

Sorry, but that’s actually from the candle, that’s not ear wax. If you don’t believe me, burn one without putting it in an ear and it will look the same. #Saveyourmoney

I just had ear candling done at a barber in Marmaris, Turkey
(Aug 2023)
He put both candles in my ears at the same time, then lit them with a kitchen blow torch.
The heat was immense.
As the candles burned down towards my ears, the heat inside my ears was almost unbearable, I was in agony.
2 days after the procedure, my inner ears are still very sore and my hearing is now impaired, which I'm hoping is temporary and they heal naturally.
After the procedure, the barber showed me what looked like a tiny bit of earwax ftom my left ear, nothing from my right.
Please do not try this procedure.
I was stupid enough to give it a go whilst on holiday but in my opinion, it is very dangerous and could result in loss of hearing...and IT DOES NOT WORK!
AVOID THIS PROCEDURE!

These are actually great for migraines! It does create a suction function that eases certain migraines!
unfortunately that is just from the candle wax. Doctors have so many videos proving that the candle does not take out any wax at all, but it actually can add more residue in your ear.
Ah yes keyword drs lol. Real earcandles do remove wax. Tested it myself. Sucked a wax plug out of my blocked ear. The one burnt in my clear ear was totally empty when cut open. No fake wax . Only earwax from the blocked ear . My restored hearing and the softened chunk of smelly earwax is proof , not some money hungry drs videos lol

It’s fake. I did some research, and I found a video of a guy putting one in his ear and lighting it, and lighting one out of his ear. And turns out, the one he lit out of his ear also had some gunk!

Its not MIGHT, it literally just drops smoke and pitentially wax in Your ear. The stuff you see inside is from the paper, not your ear. Its crazy how these things arw still around when theyre actualy dangerous.

Don't bother, it's a scam. The wax is from the candle not the ear. If you cut it before you use it, it's there.
It doesn’t do that it’s supposed to relieve pressure when you have an ear infection and you normally do it with newspaper or any other paper around…..🧍🏽♀️

As a doctor let me tell you this is not the right way or true. If the ash or any piece of candle gets into your ear canal especially if it is hot through the inner hole of the candle it's gonna cause a problem. And ear wax doesn't build over time mostly the wax dries and comes out like flakes. In some cases the ear wax clogs especially when people use Q tips and it takes a long time for it. The best thing as a doctor I suggest. Avoid using in-ear headphones which can cause ear infections usually and avoid q tips or these stuff ear has a self cleaning mechanism. If you have any concern about your earning or anything consult a health care professional who is specialised in ear. Don't try anything like these and get in trouble. Trust me if you mess with your ear it gives you unbearable pain and huge discomfort.
