Hopefully i live to tell the tale😂 stay safe yall
Actually peroxide can be rough on your ear canal. I’ve never heard an otolaryngologist that recommends dish soap. They have olive oil ear drops or speak to your provider for a recommendation
You have to have the water just right or it will cause some major vertigo.
Dish soap 😮 !? In my head?
Can we just use (nearly) hot water!? Might work especially if you use olive oil to soften the wax before hand
Purified water needs to be used not just warm water from the sink not sure if you're using purified water and just not mentioning it or not but it's actually dangerous to use anything but purified water when cleaning your ears and especially cleaning your sinuses if you use it up your nose 👃
Lmao I just had do this and totally looked the same. 😂 we did the exact same thing omg
Just warm water tho
My GP said sweet oil is a good was cleaner. You out some drops in, let it sit for 30 mins or so and the oil will loosen the wax and it will come out. Water seems a bit dangerous. I used hydrogen peroxide when I used to swim and got swimmers ear.
I’m going to try that oil! The water has been good for me but I also think I have a ton of wax. At least even softening it first with the oil would be better
@@LiliannaWilde ya sweet oil is said to work. I have pretty bad wax too and that was his suggestion. He said avoid Q-tips. I didn't even know you weren't suppose to put them in your ears. 🤣 you learn new things everyday.
Do you mean sweet almond oil?
My doc recommended me an elephant ear washer😂. it sounds stupid, but it’s a spray bottle with a tube that leads to a tiny tube like attachment, and you stick the tiny tube in your ear and pump the water/oil/soap mixture through it:)
I have one and ❤ it!
You have to use distilled water and not with dish soap, but hydrogen peroxide.
Do you use ear buds? That's what does it for my ears.
Pretty sure you should be using dish soap 😅
And one of the reasons you might be dizzy is the amount of pressure you were shooting into your ear 😅😵💫
In the sink tho 😂😂
is it safe?
Ears clean themselves ! Be careful people.. ear infections are one of the worst pains in my book
Yeah but people keep using Q-tips and shoving the wax deeper causing impaction.
Yeah, but in cases like these the ears need some help. Our ear wax either produces so quickly or is super dry and causes issues and the era cannot self clean, which is when we need to intervene. But of course, unless you have issues such as this, do NOT put anything in your ears!! No q-tips, no fingers, nothing!!
@@FunkyManIsARainbow If you produce more wax than usual you can always go to the shower and irrigate that way. Most don't do it which is why it stacks up, people just don't clean their ears.
@@kmoov90it’s not as easy as you think. I cant simply take a shower and get it all out
@@kmoov90 not exactly.. there’s not enough force and the angle is also night right when showering so it couldn’t work like that. And even if it did work like that, how many people who have this much earwax actually know about it?
@Dr.Mike plz explain
Dish soap? Why not use motor oil.
I recommend 5W-30 and some warm water
😂😂
Be careful if you flush your ears to much they will over make wax and make it Evan harder to hear.
Some of that is probably mold growth inside the baster/sucky thing you used. Those are nasty!!
Warm water and peroxide
Just use a drop of olive oil in the ear and let it soften the ear wax and then use the syringe with warm water..
I hope you are using a new bulb each time because those are notorious for growing mold
Name of product
Water
@@Accrealno the syringe
It's looking like a booger sucker for a baby. So, I'd check the baby section at whatever store..walmart, target, etc
What role is the dish soap playing 😭
Breaking down the wax😭
The temperature of the water has to be exactly right to not cause dizziness
dishsoap is overkill
Wish I had one of those squishy things and I don’t know where my spray bottle is
The end😂
So you can hear all different colours now?
Dont aim directly forward, aim up
Not tooo hot or cold that’ll make you super dizzy and can cause pain
Are you Canadian?
Just distilled water work wonders
bro held bro accountable
What do you call the device?
You can get them at the store they're like baby ear basters
They’re called a syringe.
I can not believe people do not clean their ears weekly
Reminds me of when the doctor put water in my ear and i saw the result
Saves you a trip to the ear doctor lol
this is crazy im going to do this to my ears now!
Me too!
lay on your side and put hydrogen peroxide in for a couple minutes until it stops fizzing that much, it works wonders
Nope last time I did this I found out I had a hole in my ear drum. No way never again. I thought I was flushing my brain out. I couldn't hear for a week.
I ain’t putting no damn dish soap in my ear the hell😂
My eyes flew open when she said dish soap
Oh my holy lord you are going to rupture your eardrum!!! Please be careful! Dish soap is not a good idea. Another option to loosen ear wax for GENTLE irrigation is OLIVE OIL! It works so well and it’s not a chemically dish soap!!! Be gentle with your ears!!!
Fish soap?! In your ear?! Surely that’s not like doctor approved?!
Might as well use fabuloso lol
The dishsoap is making you dizzy 😢
I lost my appetite Maam, tysm
Just me, or didn't we all learn in like preschool never to "shove" anything in your ears? The stuff coming out us probably dried blood and skin tissue from sticking that thing (which is intended to suck snot out of a babies nose) so far in her ear. Likely done damage to her ears doing this every couple months. An ENT's nightmare
dizzy because you aren't using warm enough water. no soap!
Dish soap!?
Do not do what she did
Where Can i buy that
As someone who works at an ENT office with physicians who’s ages range from 35-76, every one of them suggest different things. Some suggest hydrogen peroxide, others mild soap, and even vinegar! If you have a healthy ear, using any of these methods every few months definitely won’t hurt. Any of these are better than q-tips, Bobby pins, nails, screws.. all of the other crazy things people have used to clean their ears, then come in with a perforated eardrum 😅
We need this weekly !!! ❤
Dish soap?
