Beetroot Juice + Benefits 🪴 From Garden to Table 💯🇯🇲💞
I harvested beets and June plums from my Jamaican Backyard Container Garden to make to most delicious, refreshing, Nutritious drink/blend.
I also provided the history and benefits of beetroot.
We use mainly used/recycled ♻️ materials/containers to grow a large amount of fresh fruits and vegetables.
We try to be as self sufficient as possible with the foods that we can grow ourselves and encourage you to do so too. Grow your own food.

Hi Marie, there is a beet that is yellow in colour which is called golden beet.
I like beet shreaded, cooked in a coconut milk, roasted.

Beetroot and celery are perfect for high blood pressure. I must say your skin is glowing more than when I first saw you😊. I am doing a fourteen-day detox today and those vegetables would do well in my diet. Beetroot is tasty in salads.

Just a thought I think to share, instead of using sugar that isn't good for us, you could use coconut water to blend it all and it would already has the sweetness from the coconut water and the beetroot❤

Love June plum but lawd since a child at my godmother’s house when I had the trash of carrot and beetroot juice stuck in my throat and felt I was choking. I’ve never like either but I know I have to take it due to the health benefits. My wife always calling me to have some when she juices it. 🤢 😂😂
