Hi Marie. I’m not a fan of beetroot after nearly choking on some gratered beetroot trash as a child but I know it’s good. I actually bought some a couple days ago for Mrs Caribbean Spurs (YT name lol) to blend for me. Keep on teaching us my sister. Thank you. Appreciate your channel a lot. 😊🙏🏾❤️
