Bless your soul for this! However, I found it goes much faster to grab a Heli and start your own little war on the bridge. All while constantly flying up and down the bridge and somewhat close to the road. Took me about 40mins to get from lvl 13 to 14.
Finished the game at only half way through chaos 11. This still works in 2021, and you are a life saver. Still going to take a while to get to 14 tho haha
If you grab a sports car, one of the ones constantly crossing the bridge will do, and crash a few cars so the lanes back up. You can do this even faster, without the 2x coming from battle. With a bit of practice you can boost both ways(forwards and reverse), and once you figure out the exact length you need to pass each way it is very fast indeed.
Just got my platinum using this method, still works as of Jan 2020. Thanks for the video, it's a much better farming method than other videos I've seen 👍
One year later. Still works. And it works under the bridge too. As long as you keep passing on the point prior to the south pillar, on hooks, vehicles, whatever. I keep moving under bridge, hooking between the 2 pillars and the nearby land, let the enemies and your army fight. As long you in their range and on the heat. It works just fine. (Sorry for bad english).

If you go underneath the bridge and grapple between the land and the closest pillar you go way faster, especially if you boost your grapple.
