You're welcome! We have a lot of different Grocery Guides on our website that help people find low sodium versions of different foods. The site is geared towards people with kidney disease, but the grocery guides are also great for anyone on a low sodium diet: kidneyfoodie.com/resources/food-guides-for-chronic-kidney-disease/
I agree that some kidney friendly items are hard to find. Have you tried asking your local grocer if they would be willing to stock a specific item? Sometimes getting a local store to stock ends up being cheaper than amazon.
What kind of oil is in these dressings? Because soybean oil and canola oil are incredibly inflammatory. Salad dressing should only have Olive oil, avocado oil or hemp oil
So glad to have found you❤❤❤
Glad to have you here!
This was so helpful, thank you for all the work you put in this. Because of high blood pressure my husband is needing low sodium foods
Thank you for the kind words!
Thank you for making this . I have high blood pressure. I'm trying to stay away from salt .

What about Dr. Bragg's? Only 25mg of sodium per serving. Very low and very tasty.
You did your own research. Congratulations.
Trouble is, finding these. Very hard to find most. Buying on Amazon very expensive.
