Ingredients for Beef Curry
Beef (Boneless) - 500 grams
Whole spices ( Cinnamon 1", cloves 4, cardamom -3, bay leaf 2)
Onions - 2 sliced
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Meat Masala - 2 tsp
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Ps: Check salt quantity in the Meat masala before adding salt to the curry. Adjust accordingly.

I made this today. It was the tastiest and the easiest Beef curry I’ve ever made. Thank you so much for this recipe. However, I did below alterations.
1. I didn’t have meat Masala. So I added Garam Masala.
2. I didn’t have yoghurt. So I added thick coconut milk.
3. I didn’t have a pressure cooker. So I just kept this in low flame for 30 mins.
4. I didn’t add coriander leaves at the end because I didn’t have any.
Amidst of all these shortcomings also, this curry tasted great! ❤️❤️😎😎🤩🤩

I bet yogurt is for the greavy thickness, if we add too much it turns sour. So we can slice tomato into small pieces and fry with the oil.
