I love this guy. Very thorough. One thing I hope people are aware of as they watch videos like this though, is he’s basically fusing together Qi Gong and yoga. Been around for thousands of years.

Certain movement n the very last movement made me laugh a lot 😂😂😂 but its really hard to do it with a weak core n not so flexible lover body muscles 😨 great workout 👍 😍
