We had a rr sport 2018 and now a 22 defender and they are so comfy to drive and use daily, love their newer products… people hating have never owned one

I was going to say. I looked at a couple 2024s last week and none of them had physical hvac controls. Dealer even told me RR dont have knobs anymore.

Absolutely exquisite! Traded in a Macan for the exact trim and color combo you reviewed. Wife loves it, and great compliment to my Defender X. You are correct, it is the best luxury SUV for sub $100k. Can do everything well... looks, and feels amazing from performance and ride comfort, to materials and color combos. Good initial quality rankings now too for JLR. Very impressed overall.

I bought mine. I was going to buy a Porsche cayenne but this car was much more luxurious inside.

The lower the delta between this and a high country Tahoe or similar… I agree this is a lot more car for the money. The quality and timelessness are superior to current US domestic options.

I had an allocation for a Range Rover Sport but went with the BMW X5 50e primarily due to the BMW being quite a bit more powerful with way better efficiency and about $15k less in price. The sport does have slightly more premium interior but the X5 is not too shabby either. Nice review nonetheless!

The Range is more luxurious than the BMW but the Beemer is sportier, both are incredible though
I’m not the biggest fan of PHEVs but I hope you enjoy your X5 for years to come

5:35 the 2023 has the climate control buttons like that but the 2024 does NOT have any climate control buttons, everything on on the screen in the 2024 models. So this is a 2023....
That inline 6 is notorious for having issues. And it still has that pseudo-Ford-Explorer look.

This is a 2023...the 2024 no longer has the heat/ac dials. They are now on the touch screen.
