      Repent and trust in Jesus. We all deserve Hell for our sins, such as lying lusting coveting and more. We can't save ourselves, but Jesus can save us. I knew a big eater like Matt Stonie from College. I asked him how he stayed thin and he said it was due to him working out nearly every day and eating healthy during the week. He only eats like Matt Stonie on Saturdays and he usually skips Breakfast and Dinner. From what I heard, Matt Stonie does the same thing, he only does the food challenges once a week and does regular workouts and eats healthy. It makes sense that a competitive eater like Matt Stonie goes to lengths to take care of himself and stayed healthy while Nikocado refuses to lift a finger and bloated up into the caricature he is now.

      It's easy to eat like that if you've trained your throat muscles, however the way your stomache feels full is different.
      When you eat food and it enters the stomach, as it builds up and reaches the top the hole will essentially start to close, when you eat too much you are essentially forcing that hole open and more food enters the stomach and eventually will build up past that hole. This is why when you eat too much you don't feel good and you feel like you're going to puke as well.
      The reason competitive eaters are able to eat so much is because when you eat fast, the signals to your brain that tell you "I'm full" essentially are delayed and this makes it so they can eat all that food and not stop from overeating.

Or that he has a gym membership where he tries to work all the excess calories off but but his closest friends & family members put pressure on him to eat or drink unhealthily. No, he's doing one of the most idiotic things a person can do, "mukbang".... - Eats large proportions of food everyday and always uploads,which is only helpful for getting views and money but somehow dangerous to his health.
    - Always eating fast foods,which is the main reason why he is getting fat.
    - Doesn't care about his own health.

    - Doesn't finish his food,sometimes i always seeing his shorts channel wasting tons of food which is kinda a so called "d*ck move".

      Here’s the truth right now. I’m very much sad to say that this calories obsession and carb or sugar phobia is a society fear driven thing generally. It’s not about the calories. The secret is quite simple. It’s not genetics I can promise you that. Matt eats a high carb low fat diet. Because the fat you eat is the fat you wear. So the more fat consumed, the more fat you’ll store. The less fat you consume the less fat you’ll store. Aka slim. He can still eat a lot and not get fat. People who follow a low fat high carbohydrate protocol I’ve seen are very slim always. Especially high carb low fat vegan. So when he goes about to do a challenge when he eats a lot of fat calories for one time, his body will simply not store it regardless because of how much less frequent he does the challenges for once a month or longer. He can train and work around those calories he ate. much calories he burns during his gym sessions. So it’s like a life hack or cheat code in a way. I guarantee you no one in this comment section has said what I said. Im telling you the truth. I’m right and it makes total sense. You can look into yourself.:) Calories in and calories out is total nonsense. Also, look what nikocado eats a lot of in his diet vs Matt’s. Well the anwser is fatty foods is what nikocado eats most of in excess. Therefore he is a fat storer, not a fat burner. Very much hope this makes sense. I’m not even a nutritionist FYI. It really is just common sense to look on foods fat contents. Fat is your enemy. Watch out for it. People can still be uneducated and still have a certified label on them unfortunately and be mislead. You guys may think I’m probably crazy but let’s be real here… Don’t get me wrong. You can still eat fat but I would aim for healthy fats such as avocado or plant based options of fats. Some, just not a lot. Plant foods typically are faster at digestion because of the fiber content. Now back to Matt. I do believe that is metabolism is fast and can break down these tough fats more efficiently, but there is a catch. Doesn’t justify necessarily what he does is healthy exactly. You can still be still slim and healthy eating all that stuff but it will catch up to you eventually. You can suffer internally instead of externally. Eating a lot of this animal product still could lead to cancer because meat is carcinogenic. I mean look at the fried foods he eats sometimes. Eating foods like that produce a chemical called acrylamide which forms from fried foods there for creates a risk or breeding ground for cancer. I’m very worried for Matt even though he looks healthy. I’m suprised this isn’t common knowledge. I forgot to mention that in the protocol you can a lot of various high carbohydrate fruit and vegetables. Even grains. Fiber is very good for the body because it keeps your system flowing. The big problem is to much protein, fat, and cholesterol in our animal products long side of no fiber and ultimately can cause heart disease. No fiber equals slower bowl movements and more processing our body has to do to break down this in our body because of the high proteins and fats from the animals. If you want you can google “dietary fat and obesity” and “Acrylamide and Cancer Risk” You’ll see what I mean.

Dopamine and endorphins, the reward centres of the brain, were greatly strengthened in association with junk food, increasing the urges to want to eat it greatly.

      People like characters. From filthy frank to zyzz to Nickado. It's cognitive dissonance when you see a guy go against your perception of overweight people as victims as the persona he puts on is of someone who's literally willing to eat themselves to death for views beneath that is a man with many issues but people can't help but look as their morbid curiosity gets the better of them. People also don't see him as a person. They think "if he cared he'd lose weight, or stop streaming" much like reality tv social media is making it hard for creators to not be out there with their persona all the time, grinding. When your work consumes you, you become your work. Nick has become his channel. Here’s the truth right now. I’m very much sad to say that this calories obsession and carb or sugar phobia is a society fear generally. Well the anwser is fatty foods is what nikocado eats most of. You guys may think I’m probably crazy but let’s be real here…

    I think that people throwing around "fatshaming" as a way of coping is one of the most toxic and unhelpful things of our generation. I don't agree with picking on someone solely because of their weight because that is far and away from okay, but don't lie to these people with comments like "you're beautiful, you're well fed, don't change for anyone!" Because while they seem positive from the outside, the underlying effects of this make the person think that what they're doing to themselves is okay, which it isn't. I'm not saying hit the gym right now but at least be able to acknowledge the fact that the lifestyle being lived is not healthy.

    • @smolmuffin
      @smolmuffin 2 ปีที่แล้ว +39

      I think some get the idea of being against fatshaming wrong as its not encouraging unhealthy lifestyles. (and it shouldn't!) The issue is how society sees only skinny as desirable and healthy. Its how doctors will ignore symptoms of potentially life threatening illnesses and blame it on weight instead of listening to the patient. Some are more prone to gaining weight even with proper diet and exercise. I've known several larger people who are in good health. Weight doesn't tell the whole story about one's health, its just part of the story. Someone shouldn't be in a state of constant shame and self hatred because despite doing everything right they are still overweight. Not to mention how difficult and expensive it can be to eat healthy. If you have a busier schedule and/or are prone to low energy due to mental illness + disability its so easy to fall into the trap of constant processed foods.

    • @rishdhoni319
      @rishdhoni319 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      @@smolmuffin It is not okay to fat shame ofc but you can always encourage people to keep themselves healthy because being obese is not healthy at all, you can't say anything to doctors because they are doctors it's their job they know better, yes there might be some instances where that could have happened but most of the times they are right. If your schedule is busy or if you are prone to gain weight just try to get some time to work on yourself because being unhealthy is ultimately going to reduce your lifespan, other mentally ill people and disabled people don't really have a choice it's not their fault (disabled people can still work out but it depends on their disability) so yes fat shaming is def not ok but looking after yourself is.

    I've been the type to over-eat for many years and it's led me to gain a ton of weight. When I left high school like 11 years ago, I was probably 180lbs or so. Not bad for a 5'10 male, and I was still relatively active. 2 years ago, the GI weighed me in at 230lbs. Yikes. Over the pandemic I stopped eating sugar filled breakfasts, stopped eating sliced bread, learned what intolerances I have, etc. I tried to eat less at one point but couldn't keep it up. Last summer I tried again and I've pretty much stuck to it. I still get to eat pizza and burgers and stuff, I just eat less of it. So this past Saturday I weighed in at about 203lbs. I didn't have a scale until December, but I imagine most of the weight came off when I stopped eating so much. I also swapped out the junk snacks for fruit and things (most of the time 😏). For me, it's just about getting out of that bad habit, and for the time being, I'm losing the weight.

    1 thing I want to add on this is that eating junk food really affects your body. There was a time I used to eat a balanced healthy and junk food diet gained some weight and lost it just as fast but recently I gained weight by eating purely junkfood but I limited the calorie intake and down to 2 meals or less a day from 5 before and I gained weight even faster and having a much tougher time trying to lose it this time around even though Im eating about 1,000 calories less a day but purely empty calories.
    TLDR. eating junk food everyday even if less calories/meals in the day can have serious adverse effects on your health due to the lack of necessary nutrition that promotes a healthy body function

      @@megaowl8884 eating out doesnt directly cause weight gain, eating out can be healthy if you choose to make it. You dont have to spend a ton of money eating healthy. This are false misconceptions. It ultimately boils down to personal choice and taking action.
      Gaining weight? Liquid diet fast till your stool turns all liquidy. Count the days to reach that point and this is a nice approximate for metabolism. If it takes a long time, your metabolism's slow etc.
      Activity levels play a huge role too. Taking in more energy than what you spend results in weight gain because excess energy is stored in fat.
      The hierarchy for easiest to hardest to break down goes like this: glucose, muscle tissue and fat. Glucose is the easiest to process, muscle tissue starts breaking down into energy during starvation and fat's the last to go but it provides the highest energy density.
      My point: its your body, you need to do more research on healthy eating and basic nutrition. That way you can empower yourself to make the right choices.

      I’m glad to find this comment! The ingredients in it is pretty harmful and you’ll never truly be as toned and fit. The science behind what you wanna achieve also varies like those who build muscle without stopping like the rock where the limit doesn’t exist or those who just wanna maintain and tone themselves vs Matt who is just trying to avoid unhealthy effects.
      However the the content in those foods over time I think still affects you, he doesn’t seem to drink pop and I think pop would change a lot nor does it seem like he consumes high sugar content.: mostly salt, carb and fat. In the long run, I agree that even with what he’s doing.. it can still affect your health.
      To the person arguing that it’s not that unhealthy, like there’s little to no nutritional value. It’s been proven over and over how nasty the contents of our cheap and easy food is. In the long run, all those additives won’t be healthy for anyone.

      Same thing, except I had a six-pack. It's ridiculous how fast you gain weight when your metabolism slows down do to not exercising. But, as you said, I started throwing processed food out, and the results are showing.

      Is there no way for you to excersise without straining your ankle? Sure leg day is probably out of the questions but swimming is good cardio and i think cycling shouldn't hurt? Not trying to be negative or anything, but I'm sure there's a way if you feel like doing it. But speaking from experience motivation always is the hardest 😅

      @@aljazslemc9569 the thing is, when you have a horrible ankle injury, you could be out for 3-6 months, depending on the way they fixed it. In that time, you can't exercise anything. But your metabolism is good enough the first few months that you don't gain weight. But after that, the metabolism slows down, snd you start to gain weight faster. When I hurt my ankle, I wore a cast for 3.5 months, plus the same amount of time doing physical therapy. And after 5 months, I could walk without cruches. But by then, I started gaining weight.

      He sure does know what he’s doing. Here’s the truth right now. I’m very much sad to say that this calories obsession and carb or sugar phobia is a society fear generally. Well the anwser is fatty foods in excess is what nikocado eats most of. You guys may think I’m probably crazy but let’s be real here…

    This is oddly inspiring. I guess it offers a good dichotomy between eating healthy and not you can eat many of the same things but proper nutrition and exercise is the way to make the big budget meals not impact you. It’s also interesting to see how diet can so quickly impact mood. I would start eating better personally but unfortunately I don’t exactly have the funds to expand my food budget to improve my dietary standards fortunately I eat few enough to be stable in my weight in the meantime.

      @@EuphoriaInBloom I don’t know it might be a USA thing? I made a stir fry recently and spent roughly $10 on something that only got me 2-4 portions where the store had a sale on frozen pizzas that was 4 for $11 or about 8 meal portions total.
