Algaes have more EPA DHA which is best for brain and Protein which is very important for whole body than any non vegetarian and dairy products etc.
Algae Names: Schizochytrium for EPA DHA.
Chlorella for Protein.
These two are honestly the best contestents Mr. Beast has ever had. They are so entertaining and good natured.

Think of the challenges you could do with this: in the next 24 hours you have to learn 10 of each others words, don’t tell them who has to learn who’s language. It would be fascinating to see if both parties learns and equal amount of the other’s language or if it is lopsided, one taking much more of an interest than the other.
