I'm honestly sorta surprised the ODSTs did so well. They lost the smaller scale engagements fairly frequently (makes sense due to them being much weaker than Elites,) but they often won the 5v5's because they're better shots. The snipers also would have been the freest win if not for most of the opponents being cloaked, (the AI just can't deal with invisible enemies.)
These are actually really fun AI battles. the sandbox of halo is really something. would be cool if the odsts meleed as well after doing the rage animation.
That's cuz they insta slash unlike most npcs. I was alright with that when Sprtan AI do it because of their hyper reaction abilities but it's pretty dumb for th ODSTs. In a hand to hand Mlmelee fight these guys demolish Elites, Brutes, and Spartan AIs alike, pretty bs.
@@ECC_GEKKO In the right levels you can get some good use out of them dual wielded at least. Most of the time you'd rather have a BR, but Plasma Rifle+SMG can put in work in the right places.

They're quite solid normally, but unfortunately Marines (and thus ODSTs,) are usually too frail to get in a good effective range for it.
