B-day workout. 31 reps, 31 years. long video and phone died. Need to get in better shape.

  • If you made it all the way through, I did finish the workout, the phone just died during it. between chopping and the workout, I exhausted my nap time activity window.
    ~46 inch tire jumps
    10lbs and 25 lbs slams
    55 lbs throws
    150ish lbs over the shoulder carries.
    31 reps for 31 years.
    this is the first time in a while I've pushed myself this hard repeatedly. I definitely need to keep working into higher intensities and volumes, it felt good to feel uncomfortable again.
