Yo Shane the video was great man, I’ve got one question through, how is it you able to kick with your left leg with such ease. I’ve been doing martial arts for 5 years and my left leg is still bad, are there any drills for improving your bad leg?
We all talk about the sidekick but what about the AXE kick? I love the AXE kick and think it's underrated :)

Fighttips i saw your video of punching while doing like a pointing motion, when i hit the bag or pads my body naturally goes to do the exact oppositive in order to hit with more knuckles and more power, would contracting that oppositive wrist muscle would be better? and strenghting stretching it? because i feel way more comfortable when doing so honestly and i hit with more knuckles and also more power, what do you think?
