sorry i didn't think someone will see this video beside me and my friends haha, my character mostly stays silent and lets astarion talk and at the end tells astarion to confirm that he wouldve kill them if they met earlier i'll record this with english subs today for everyone who needs!!
He means if we got to meet him in a way he met his victims, before we got the parasite. He would've seduced us and brought us to Cazador, because he wouldn't be bothered to get to actually know us.
@@Isus24-s8e tbf he hadn't killed anyone before so maybe he's saying that he would've killed the PC rather than give them over to Cazador? (idk i can't tell what the question was) also it's not that "he wouldn't be bothered to" get to know the PC, it's more that he couldn't do much of that anyway since what he was forced to do was go around at night and seduce people and then have to take them to Cazador very soon after you can see that Cazador starts to hurt one of Astarion's "siblings" if she starts to conspire against him and siding with Astarion + the time he did try to save a guy he met he was then met with a really harsh punishment (so he's either forced to do it anyway or tortured....which doesn't leave much time for romance)
@@Carolina57685I think "kill Tav" is equals to "bring them to Casador" for Astarion. In the end of the video he says: 'They're as good as dead' about victims, so he thinks the same if he wouldve bring Tav to Casador, I presume.
but for real. It’s amazing how fast Astarion goes from “I’m so so so sorry” sadface to “they’re dead anyway GIMME VAMPIRE ASCENDANT POWERS NOWWW PLZ”. So weak. If you don’t [PERSUADE] him at the critical moment in his finale, he goes through with the evil deed. He NEEDs you to tell him to be good. He doesn’t change over the story at all.
@@RoseOfOuran Not only does he choose on his own not to ascend, but he also chooses to free all the prisoners rather than kill them all. So, yeah, Astarion absolutely does change over the course of the story. The devs just wanted to allow the player to actually have some kind of interaction with the scene while playing as Tav.
Как же я понимаю желание поджарить его после этого диалога. Вообще, не смотря на то что в конце я не дала ему вознестись и освободила всех заключенных, но после лицезрения детей-упырей, гей драмы и всех этих откровений, осадок оставался еще очень продолжительное время.

There’s another one on TH-cam, this Russian version is mainly the character not talking and letting the scene play out on its own
It also has persuasion with trying to persuade Sebastian that they will be free

Actually someone tested it out and if you have astarion be the only one, he actually doesn't ascend by default
