Current Price and our store link - tinyurl.com/y5rtmebt - Thrustmaster need to hurry up and do a loadcell pedal ! you can get a mod load cell for T3PA I have not used it so I don't know how good it is :)
Simpit has a review
New load cell from TM just recently....
Load cell can make you faster. Chase cam can make you even faster.
AC has the absolute most shite chase cam ever invented. Someone tell me how to fix it.
guess I gotta use chase cam for extra speeds
@Lewis Wood That has nothing to do with what I asked. I already fixed the chase cam, I don't use it for driving regularly, just to see the car and hear the exhaust for fun.
chase cam is "cheating" lol .... that's why it makes you faster
@@2ndAveScents i do use it sometimes for exhaust too
Fw26 + chasecam
18:50 as someone that is finally getting my CSL Elite load cell upgrade tomorrow, I am so happy to hear you say that.
best explanation of "Load Cell " pedals pros and cons on youtube. Thanx man.
The best description of what a load cell is on TH-cam my friend. Excellent work. It's really highlight what I need to do now with my equipment. Thumbs up buddy 👍
I don't expect serious gain on one lap, my aim is consistency trough a race. Which is definitely easier with a loadcell.
Though i think there is some pace to be gained (maybe not so dramatic difference but a tenth or two nether the less)
In other words. Pedal doping is legal and you should absolutely dope or be left behind in a cloud of smoke from locked up tires.
lol
Thanks for the video. I've just ordered my Fanatec csl f1 set and I'll be ordering the load cell very soon.
Just ordered mine, can't wait to try them out! Upgrading from G27 pedals.
We now need a review of the best tea available to sim racers and how it enhances performance with every sip.
Bought my CSL Elite's in January and couldn't be happier. It was an upgrade from G29 so I haven't tried any other pedals. So happy to watch this and know that I got a great product and at killer price.
Ordered these pedals on Wednesday, got them yesterday, tried them today. And even after just a few laps, I already love them. Best 220€ I've ever spent.
I use these! I wouldn't say they improved my pace much over potentiometer pedal but they made me more consistent. When people coming from more expensive gear have used them they've been really impressed by the feel.
Fanatec wheel breakforce settings works just connected through wheelbase, when you on direct USB connection its just a deadmenu options.
Received mine too, great pedals 👍👍👍
I just ordered the load cell kit.. can't wait ;)
Load cell pedals changed my life :) I love my V3's.
Taking the foam away and using the hardest dampeners with one of the softest dampeners in the middle instead of the foam is a game changer for these pedals. Thanks for a great tip! It's like a free upgrade :)
You are absolutely correct James, the CSL Elite pedals with the load cell are superb and are easily the best bang for your buck for pedals. I love mine!!!
No not at all. Spend for v3 for $360
@@SIMRIG412 V3s? Thats hilarious I'd rather this guy buy the CSL Elite LCs. V3s are not even that great spend the money on Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals instead. Much higher quality pedals.
Because of title, I was about to say "Soooo you're endorsed by Fanatec now aren't you?" but your vid intro made me eat my words.
Loadcell give you the feel for sure.... A must update. Wheel is not a big issue compare to loadcell pedals...
Has this video got anything to do with the recently opened GM Load Cell Manufacturing Plant in China ? 🤔
The brake pedal is great, the other pedals are crap, they suffer really bad with EMI in my environment. I will keep these pedals as backup as I just ordered the Heusinkveld Sprints, every pedal is loadcell on them, no more EMI issues.
I had a set shortly after release. They recently died on me and replaced with the Fanatec V3's and they significantly better as the load cell is replaceable and you have dampening kits you can purchase. The replacement cost for the one pedal wasn't worth keep the CSL Elites
I thought you gave away the conclusion in the first three minutes, and could have a cup of tea, but the rest of the video turned out to be quite interesting as well! :)
By the way, for as far as I know, the foam is supposed to simulate the area of movement before the brake pads actually touch the brake disk.
No loadcell thingy can compare with my professional anti-stress ball inside my Logitech DFGT brake pedal! Brake resistance and anti-stress action, 2 in 1! Beat that Fanatec!
they are got them love it
You triggered Siri on my iPad 3 times 🤣 thanks for the informative video GM!
I think my T3PA was my week link. I was so frustrated because I couldn't feel when I was about to spin out. I remember racing with you, and you yelling in that accent, "THAT DUDE THEREEEEEE....WHAT ARE YOU DOING????" I ended up selling my TS300 and now regret it. I bought the T150 recently, and the ff is so weak. Also my accelerator does not work in Trucking Sim. Thanks for the explanation and suggestion for the fanatecs. edit: on my wish list anyway.
Ordered! Now I'll just dream about your fanatec DD wheel. I like the logos by the way. :)
I wonder how the Csl Elite LC pedals compare to the CSLE LC...
Can you just hook up the load cell brake and accelerator with no clutch?
"Good equipment helps deflate your ego" True words lol
I noticed there are three pedals on this think, but you definitely don't need the clutch and decent amounts of throttle-control with this arcadish driving car. I watched a bit Schumacher onboards with the real car and doesn't seem so easy to floor the throttle despite the TCS.
I could bang on about different types of tea bags, but luckily for you I've decided not too.
James your familiar with the Australian load cell mod for T3PA pro too bad it's very expensive 150 quid plus shipping arrangements
Q: Is it possible to completely remove the original brake pedal (which become the clutch pedal) from the pedal mount so you could just use the LC and the throttle for formula/GT cars and put the clutch back on for cars that use a foot operated clutch?
Can i use Fanatec pedals with a thrustmaster wheelbase?
Yes you plug them into the pc as a separate USB device , you cannot plug them Into the ThrustMaster wheel base though so you won't be able to use the on console , or with games that don't let you use separate devices.
your game looks so perfect
Ricmotech make a loadcell for Thrustmaster pedals. I got one for my T500 RS.
I'm hoping to upgrade from T3PA Pro's to CSL Elite or V3, do you think the price difference makes a good value the V3?
Cheers GM, just ordered a set usng your link, hope you get a commission.
Thanks for supporting the channel !
They look very good!
how come you dont use a DD wheel?
I Understand the technology and think it's nearly a must do, but can you get it with real time brake bias adjustments? Two of my race cars had front to ear bias controllers. Would be cool here!
Most driving simulators you just set a button up to change brake bias
@@GamerMuscleVideos Thank you. I have no gear, so wondered. I also am noticing some use their clutch, some do not...and yet other have no pedal...More software settings?
possible to do a comparison vid with the Thrustmaster T-LCM Pedals? pleeeeeeeease?
Are these still the best value for money given the fact that the ClubSport Pedals V3 Pro are currently priced at 299,95 USD/EUR (with Black Friday)?
Great review but jesus you took your time, GM! I've had the LC pedals for just under 2 years. Previously I had the T3PA's with the conical brake mod. I'd argue they've been the best value LC pedals since their release. A superb brake and decent throttle/clutch, couple with a solidly build metal frame, you can't go wrong with these if you're still using a non LC brake.
What do you recomend, either buy the t300RS GT with a VR headset or the fanatec csl elite with loadcell? They have a similar price range.
CSL w/load is only 199 USD on the fanatec site. You sound like you're referring to the Clubsport inverted. Or prices are insane in the Netherlands lol.
@@2ndAveScents F1 set €599,95 (base, wheel rim and 2 pedals)+ €139.95 for load cell.
@@InnslógiÆsir T300 is a full step below the CSL. The pedals are so much better, I recommend getting it based on that alone, but the wheel it comes with as well as the whole Fanatec ecosystem is so much higher quality then the Thrustmaster stuff. Grab the good sim stuff now, pick up the VR later when you have the money. Lot of new VR coming out this year anyway.
@@2ndAveScents Thanks man, that realy helped me out! Appreciate it.
@@InnslógiÆsir No problem man, hope it works out for you!
Mr Muscle, how do you have elastomers bushings stacked up in brake pedal?
CSL Elite Pedals are compatible with thrustmaster servo?
Have problems with potenciometers like g29 pedals?
that outro music is so good!!! any chance i can get a link??
It's Pay day and ordered.... damn you GM :D
Tou disnt explain it well and the way you showed how to remember where to press it you cna do the same with a dampener lol but hey we get what you were saying and you are right about load cell pedals but what you showed is oh remember so I can out that much pressure well witha. Dampener you can go I put this much amount of distance so ina. Way it's the same concept with the way you showed it both still hard to remember the real thing is that it has better feel and you can feel when to much is to much that's the difference good video
What is the name of the widget on top?
I couldn’t watch the whole video, but please GM tell me that you still have your PT’s??
Shut up and take my money! i want my CSL Elites NOW !
Would love a review on the clubsport v3s. I’m wondering if the rumbling motors make a difference
If you drive with socks you can feel them. I wear shoes so i can't. Makes no difference to me
I love my v3's and see no need for anything "higher grade". Once adjusted for me they are awesome. Do note that I did need to use the brake mod kit to get the pressure right. The rumble motors are like bedazzles, though, I can very slightly feel them (driving in socks) but find them useless on fast driving. Others may find them useful.
You can set them in Fanaleds to vibrate at a certain braking point. Fun extra and adds a bit more immersion. Put it this way, I am now 3.5 seconds a lap faster at Zolder in ACC and Nissan with the clubsport v2.5, Formula wheel V2 and Clubsport 3.0 pedals over T300 GT.
my load cell brake pedal on csl elite wobbles from side to side. :(
ive put sol on unistalled assetto corsa reinstalloed assetto corsa put sol on tried it getting horrible results. starting over again. i learn something everytime but its driving me insane. not alot of good videos out there. they all give you mods that they say you should use but you find they are out of date so when you get there been updated a few times. and wonder if you need to follow the instructions that way. or add the mods they tell you to because the new mod has extras by now. but i am having big issues with sol 1.2.3 it doesnt look right have to try some more shaders i think. but i had blm car blm light and when i clicked on them they caused sol to flash very badly. am tired right now. have to try with minimal mods this time and see what works and what doesnt.
and whats that mod at the top like sidekick mod ? thx
Race essentials it's on AC forum
love the socks
An insightfull comment
Very good , 10/10
So are you using the 95 shores with a 65 shore in the middle instead of the sponge
by doing so you have reduce the rating to a total of 65 shores. Nullifying the 95 shore inserts. Reference your manual which also denotes that you shouldn't exceed 40% of the total length of each piece, which is exactly what happens when you do so.
@@focibc so i shouldn't use anything else except the sponge then. Think it does say that in the manual if I remember
@@vman7683 yes, that is correct. I have the CSL Elite pedals and tried different combination and realized that I was potentially damaging the insert (took video of the compression I was making). The only thing is the foam insert can wear out over time. I've has my set since launch, but have since replaced them with the V3's instead.
Is no one gonna mention how superior a DIY set of spatula pedals with a Mr clean magic eraser mod simulating a loadcell is the obvious best bang for your buck, not to mention a fantastic way to store those kitchen utensils? No? Just me? Guess im just original AF :P To stay on topic Step 1: press middle pedal hard to stop Step 2:??? Step 3: Profit BONUS Step 4: 4x off track, 4x contact, black flag, DNF. Moral of the story, different peddles all fall victim to lead feet and poor driving skills lol BTW you failed to mention the annoying side to side rattle everyone hates lmao
I love lock to horizon activated when I'm in my oculus but I'm sorry this just kills me on a moniter
Ah the mysterious world of sim racing pedals....
This product is discontinued now 😔😔
Is this a sponsored video?
Fanatec have not paid me to make or say anything in this video or any other video -
They have sent me equipment for free to review (without instruction on what to say or do) and I have a fanatic affiliate link that I make money from if people buy using it in the same way I get money if people use my amazon link.
Hope that's clear enough :) I mark videos as sponsored if the video contains a paid promotion or I have accepted payment to mention / present something. I'll also always say that a video is sponsored if it is.
gonna build my own ones, send them to you for a review and start sellin.
Cashflow guaranteed! #BestAdEver
Well, i would highly doubt that they are "the best". Concerning to the feel of the pedals i very much prefer HE Sprint over csl elite. Still they are the best step up from lets say th3pa or G25/27/29/920 pedals for sure. And the extra amount of money you can pay on the Fanatec V3 are not worth the extra money in comparison to the CSL LC pedals.
Best value for money
@@GamerMuscleVideos well that's another thing. But the video title says " the best sim pedals...." no hating or else. Just wanna say the title is a little bit misleading and might be interpreted as "click bait"
Quick comment for you...the video is pretty good but for a lot of this video you don't need to be pushing laps around Spa. Most of the time you can tell your mind isn't on the video/content and you lose track of what you're actually talking about.
Yeah but you said Descenders was a good game and I still don't have my 20 quid back. Don't trust a word this man says.
I love it !
loadcell is great... but the potentiometers of these pedals(especially the gas pedal) is absolutely crap. I use these Pedals for 9 Month now and i already changed the Potis 3 Times !!!! Dont buy them....
Nothing beats the good old G25 pots, 11 years of service still alive and kicking 😁
Please fanatec send me a podium, I'll be a good shill I swear.
Put your money on a huesinkveld sprint pedals if you want entry level load cell pedals.
€700 (Heusinkveld) is not comparable to €220 (Fanatec).
@@geoffallan very true when you base your comparison on price but am looking at function
@@yungdadi things are normally better @ 3 times the price, but GM suggests the difference between pedals is much smaller especially with the Fanatec loadcell.
@@geoffallan again you are correct. However the fanatec lacks in throttle feel and that is a plus for the higher end pedals. It gives you more options as per throttle management
Mate your words are wise but how can we believe you with odd socks, one screen, no racing gloves or boots. I'm not even going to mention the lack of a motion platform. Come on man get it together. Oh and I love your videos.
A premiere?! Who's attending? Anyone famous? Will there be a free bar? #shill
Just thought I'd test the feature
@@GamerMuscleVideos ooh you subtle nuanced tease you...
New brake pedal. Let me guess, it slows the car down? 25 minute video on it. Damn
you need some matching socks pal lol.
I detect noobs when I see overlays all around the screen like an arcade racing game
As a drummer, i found this video is very uncomfortable, i dont know why..
Great video anyway
This entire video feels lip-synced.
sure you got tired of saying the word loadcell ;)
until they did not fix its potentiometer problem I will not buy them ( even I want them ).
pfft hydraulics
Nowhere near the best pedals, bro! Maybe at the low priced end of the market. But they will never top Heuskvind(sp?) and other top of the line pedals.
Recommends specific pedals - can't spell them! 😂
He explained - best "value for money" pedals.
Did you even watch and listen to the video? bro.
