I love that in the original Let's Play, after Gavin first says Pubert's the name of the third Addams Family child, Jack says "Yeah, from Family Values, right?" or something like that. Then the whole argument happens and he just sits back and listens.
the funny thing is as gus states in the podcast Gavin is actually right about things quite alot he jist sounds like an idiot trying to explain it
I think Jack said I think Gavin is right. I don't think he actually knew what movie it was from.

I re-watched it and he said, what is the name of the baby in Adam's family values. Implying that he probably knew it was Pubert, but wasn't 100% sure.

The funny thing is, Jack was in this video and he actually agreed with Gavin at the beginning that it existed and what movie it came from, but no one heard him and he kept his mouth shut the rest of the argument because he didn't want to side with Gavin. 😂😂

That's usually what happens.
He'll say something incredibly stupid sounding, and end up being right. Or, he'll not be able to communicate something properly and people will think he is being stupid, but ends up being right once they're able to figure out what he is trying to get at.

currently, the only fungus able to achieve mind control can only do so on ants. however, theoretically, you're correct: if a fungus were to be able to control the mind of a human (heck, even an ape or primate or something similar), it could probably manage to get an achievement. but that's only theoretical as there isn't a fungus that powerful
There is a possibility of them learning through the knowledge the mind had depending on who it was , it would take a long ammount of time to do something like that. (something like the flood from halo XD or some ridiculous shit like that

Probably the funniest animated adventures I've seen. I loved the way Jordan just had Ray pop out of some random place every time he had something to say, because I could actually imagine Ray doing that.
Its halloween weekend and the addams family movie is on, i heard the name pubert once and immediately had to find this video

To be fair Gavins right about alot of stuff, he just says it weird or people hop the bandwagon and just think its now a trend to call him stupid.
To be fair he is spectacularly dumb. Being as clumsy as he is doesn't help either. I think his real problem is that he oversimplifies complex concepts and he can't finish a metaphor to save his life.

We can't really know what he really is, On one channel hes a moron and on another channel he is a smart science geek who knows about slomo cams.
At this point it's safe to say those arn't really him (at least not completely him)
He is British, I feel he just get's insults from just being that.
The accent does not help his credibility. But as for the Slowmo stuff most of it has benn done before (although not as well) and he's said himself you just have to push the button.

A lot of it does. And I don't think he's done anything with ferrofluids yet, which is a shame because it looks amazing. As for the button thing, it is more involved but I think a lot of it is confidence. Gavin is very nonchalant about the equipment he uses and everyone else treats it like it's made of plasticine. it's not much more complex than a regular camera, just with an absurdly high framerate and resolution. In the end it's not something to attempt unaided but it isn't too difficult with practice either
Out of all the conversations in the Minecraft Let's Plays, the Pubert conversation was by far my favorite. xD

Let's play Geoffs house is the first rooster teeth content I ever watched, you have no idea how happy it made me to see this made into an RTAA (which also happened to be the second show of there's I started watching)
I nearly died, so through the course of this video I was laughing so hard I started to choke on my tongue, I managed to slide down the stairs when my younger brother reached into my mouth and yanked my tongue out, by then I had passed out from lack of air to my brain, I woke up in an ambulance 15 minutes later... still laughing.

TBH Gavin has a lot of great Information stored in his head, he just struggles to get that information out into a structured form that makes sense to other people.

Snow White and The Huntsman and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. Then there's Hott Fuzz and Dredd. Watch his slowmo videos, it's an entirely different Gavin in those videos.

It's the way RTAA works. When a character is being spoken for, the voice comes out of that character's mouth, even if it isnt the voice of the character. It makes it even funnier imo
