The Blastin Bobs setup looks a million times cleaner too. Your’s may work fine and be cheap but it also totally looks it. The Blastin Bobs also has the proper welded hangers included
What stands out is the method how ypu replicated the SRT blacked out trim scheme tastefully. Minus the side front and rear moldings it looks 👌 radical enough to get admirers w/a nice exhaust (non-poppin, burbling, hear me roar) tone.

Just noticed my 06 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 only has one exhaust tip. Probably because it has a larger reserve tank. Still might be worth deleting the resonator.
My tips I purchased from eBay for $33.84/ pair The 2.5" 45s were from local parts store (parts plus) for like 7-8 dollars each. The 2.25-2.5 adapters were under $2.50 at parts plus also. And then two hangers for 2-3 dollars. I'm in Michigan. Prices can fluctuate across the country

Ok JGC Fam.... so i had two cherry bombs installed up stream (1 below each front seat), sound went from none to just ok...sometimes. There are times when she sounds like an old lady passing gallstones while gargling jeagermeister!!! Craspy, watery gargling sound primarily from under passenger seat. Any thoughts or suggestions? I don't want overbearing sound, so would removing and placing one pipe with my current setup help my sound issues? Thanks in advance and I am ready for all constructive annnnnd non-constructve criticism 💩
After speaking to a mechanic buddy of mine I’m leaning this way instead of deleting the suitcase muffler... is there anyway to do this without welding though? That’s my biggest problem

Appreciate it boss, heading to get some fishing line to do this!

I had a shop delete the Resonator from my 2017 GC Trailhawk V-6 bcuz I had a hard time hearing the exhaust note w/ the windows rolled up ---I use paddle shifting. Made a HUGE difference. Now, ....onto the the muffler deletes next (plus, the weight savings!).
The muffler on a JGC sits in the middle of the vehicle, underneath. Often referred to as the "suitcase". If he cuts those out, it would really wake up. I would do a tune to turn off MDS to avoid drone though.

Blasting Bobs makes a much better resonator delete setup for sure. No kinky bends and 4” tips and no welding. Totally bolt on

They are held on by 2 sided adhesive tape. Start peeling a corner with something like a table knife or similar and then just pull em off

All I did was cut the rear most muffler off (resonator) and replace with pipe. That's it
