Most I've heard is that they have majorly had electronic issues that plague these and that dodge has a thermostat issues plaguing I6 model that end up melting and causing engines to blow or have other issues overtime. There are some that have been issue free but the amount of horror stories from owners or those even trying to fix issues with them is super bad. I'll say, this will become super prominent once the hurricane 1500s come about.
@@04mach1speedExactly! I’d be hesitant to buy anything, Jeep.
@@carboydorifutoparty3976my rental grand wagoner had 300 miles on it and at 400 miles the check engine light already came on!
Lovin that Lincoln
The 3.5L Twin Turbo V6 is an amazing engine. I have always had V8's in my F150's (I've owned many), but have the 3.5L TT in my 21 F150 King Ranch. It's rated at 400 HP and 500TQ and that thing rips. I will tear up any Chevy 6.2L V8 or any Ram 5.7L V8. It's just a beast!!!
Just imagine the 2024 510hp @500lb-ft torque in the new Wagoneer hurricane engine! These SUV’s would not compare.
I still haven't seen a single Wagoneer on the road.
Seen plenty in my small town
Which state are you located. I live in NY. Ever since the release of the Wagoneer and luxury Grand Wagoneer in late 2022, I've seen quite of few of them on the road. In addition to that, last year in 2023 the extended length version for both the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer got released. So far, I think I've seen the extended length version either twice or three times. So, the vehicles are out there.
I've seen tons
Many are in the shop getting fixed.
Well that's great, its ugly AF
If i ever buy a used Gr. Wagoneer im blacking out all the chrome then itll look alot better, ive seen it done
Would have loved to see these go against the B58 X7 (X7 xDrive40i). The M60i X7 (with the V8) would obliterate these three, so the B58 would be more interesting.
Different class (and less mass) than these behemoths, so of course they would.
Anyone else notice when he races the Lincoln he didn’t push the gas all the way to the floor taking off on the dig just listen to the jeeps engine tone when they take off from a dig
Nobody buys a monstrous SUV to beat another monstrous SUV in a drag race. The Cadi is the class of the 3, and a GM. Nuf said.
@@Matt-xv2cp facts that caddy is real quality to price compared to the other two brands.
You haven’t been inside a Grand Wagoneer series 3 have you. It’s nice. Really nice. And no, I didn’t say Wagoneer. I said Grand Wagoneer.
Anything smaller than these three SUVs with a 3rd row seat are a joke.
Nice to see proper 3-row SUVs. I like the Caddy and Jeep the best, the Nav could use a refresh.
Yet people buy those other 3 row SUVs. Yes you have to alternate between trunk and a 3 row seat. But they have a place on the market. I would still take the MDX over these. I don't want to drive a house.
@@downsouthlouisiana These 3 are way out of my budget and that's why I drive a Tahoe. While MDX is a cute little cross-over, I needed something with cargo room and that can tow almost as much as a 1/2 ton pickup..
I sat in the 3rd row of my Tahoe just for kicks and I can honestly say there would be no way I could sit back there for more than 10 miles without feeling claustrophobic. Hence my post about little cross-overs with 3 rows.
There might be a market for 3 row cross-overs but I have yet to see one where there's two heads inches away from the real glass when I'm following one down the freeway.
@@Rich-xq3uv You should try sitting in the 3rd row of my Grand Wagoneer. It’s as spacious as any other seat in the house. (pun intended)
My wife and I take turns riding back there because it’s so fun. You have ample head and leg room, the seats can recline a bit, you have huge windows and your own sunroof, ac vents, leather armrests, cup holders, electric outlets, the works.
@@aaronkelley3865 Taking turns sitting in the back row LOL.
I really like the Grand Wagoneer, Jeep did a wonderful job. Another car reviewer 'Alex on Autos' said the same as you, the Jeep has the largest 3rd row. Enjoy your Jeep !
.
Whats so funny is the Grand Wagoneer looks more like an Expedition ever since it was made.
Ford. Copied Jeep for years.
"Like racing houses" ha-ha !
I have a 2024 series 3 and I was able to boost launch it from a stop against my wife's (driver matters yes) 2024 mustang GT (convertible) and I held her until 90 mph which is mind boggling. She was in drag mode and the Wagoneer was in sport mode. The Wagoneer does feel floaty even in sports mode so I wish they made the suspension firmer in that mode but, I assume for roll over reasons they let the computer keep most of the control. To compare I beat my sisters 2023 explorer ST on a boost launch and she didn't catch me until 102 mph so this is a stop light monster and serious sleeper.
The wagoner now comes with the hurricane I6 should be quicker than the other two now.
Why not use a 24 wagoneer with the H.O hurricane engine ?
If you keep watching you will know why
The new 3.0 I-6 in the Ram and the GW is shockingly quick and will outperform the 3.5 Ecoboost (obviously more power). Whether or not it proves reliable, only time will tell.
I think we know the answer to this question at least initially. Only Lease the Jeep.
I6 vs V6. I6s run smoother and therefore don’t have balancing shafts.
Pretty impressive but the HO Hurricane would take the cake.
The Lincoln Navigator is by far the best looking with the best fuel economy.
I dont even understand how these things are safe being this fast... crazy
Ford always beat the s**t out of GM and Dodge Chrysler Jeep, when it comes to racing. As a matter of fact, Dodge realize that that Ford 3.5 V6 beat the s**t out of there so-called great hemi that they are getting rid of the hemi's and going to a V6 turbo as well.
Is it possible to race between the new Infiniti QX70 2017 and QX60 2023 ?
Awesome video as per usual!
I have a 2022 Grand Wagoneer with 6.4L and have dog walked my in laws 2021 Navigator. Now they have a 2024 Escalade still no comparison to GW.
Stellantis seems like it wants to kill Dodge, RAM and JEEP.
If you're spending that kind of money, looks and amenities have to be part of the package. Sorry that Jeep is just ugly. I'm a Ford guy, but that Escalade is beautiful.
Big is good , good is big❤
Hemi power
How do they reach the ¼" mark without running out of fuel? Do you imagine having to push a building to the side of the road? (Just a comment for the stupid algorithm)
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The Jeep was Heat Soaked not a fair comparison
How does an NA engine heat soak? Smh... that's more likely with forced induction
@@shotss-si3ze as having 25+ years working on cars, I’ve seen it all & all ICE cars heat Soak!! The harder you run them The hotter they get & the more hit to performance it takes. Also it’s not just Ice cars! As an owner I’ve both ICE & EV heat effects both on the performance level. Smh things you should just know.
That 6.4 is nasty but a Grand Wagoneer with the hurricane would have demolished both.
Now take it on a 4x4 road. GW will also crush the others!
I DRIVE A 2018 RESERVE L, 40,000. 4X4 Tow pkg. I drive with an imaginary jet pack. So smooth butter smooth at 75+ floating
Ford wins because its the only one with no AFM/Variable displacement etc.
That so called Jeep GW is more Chrysler Town and Country
Should have used the inline 6 version
FORD
I had no idea the wagoneers had that much hp!!
The Grand Wagoneer! Kills the Navigator plz!😮
Escalade V wins hands down
Checking the watch @8:26 while drag racing is wild
Trust me, these vehicles are not that fast for my experience
Looks like GM needs to turn the tune up the Caddy. The Cadillac is still the better looking car for the money.
Funny how the Lincoln gear ratio is. They lost at the 37 roll race, and edged 50 mph roll outs, but easy win at naught to 60.
