I grew up in a Christian family and these things are to be considered "evil" because they say it's witchcraft. But after watching videos of tarot readings for a month, I came to realize that it's not evil at all. I actually enjoy it because it guides me through my decisions in the future. So yeah, I'm tryna buy my own tarot cards now 😄
I was taught the same when I was young. I also overcame these fears. The cards are tools. They help you to call forth wisdom which you already have. That wisdom is inside you. ENJOY!

I can relate too! I've been interested in witchcraft and tarot cards but I was so scared it might be connected to evils and stuff like that like what they're telling me but I want to just connect with the nature and I like to use natural herbs for my hair and skin idk and because I've been feeling this urge to learn more about it but I'm not gonna be praising and believing other gods, I know to myself that there is only one God and I believe in Him and I love reading the bible... I was praying for answers to God if it's ok to explore it and I was searching up if it's really evil and I found that there are Christian witches that are good and still connected to God just they are also connected on nature and to their self and stuff i don't really know much about that, and then after a few months I think I know the answers now, I can feel that God is trying to say it's ok for me to explore because it has been popping up randomly everywhere without me even trying... I guess modern witchcraft is not evil like it was before, just don't go too far to the extent that your beliefs are being change and just always remind yourself what you truly believe and I'm not that knowledgeable about this, I'm a beginner but just I want to remind myself this because I don't want to go too far, not noticing I'm in the wrong path or something... I just really think that this is just for guidance and to know myself more, I'm not gonna rely on it cause it's just the possibility and it inspires you what you can do and stuff. That's just what I think about this right now. I want to love myself more and I want to understand myself more because I was suicidal and I'm glad that God is always sending His message to me through His angels I'm with, that I could be something more than this and that this is not what He has planned for me and that this will end so I really don't think I'm gonna be converting to some other religions because I've felt God and I am a believer. I believe my mission here is to build myself to become an inspiration to others and help people and Just find my way to be a deserving child of God. So when my time comes, I'm not gonna be regretting what I did with my life and I will know that I did my best to be a deserving child of God so I could be with Him at last. That's just what I want... I can feel that it is my mission, my purpose here. I've experienced and been through a lot and that teaches me and I learn from them I just need to get back up with God by my side, He always is and will always be there for all of us... Back to the topic at hand, my first tarot card experience helped me remember my intention, my why power why I'm doing this, why I want to be better, and remind me that I have potential and I just have to take action. It inspired me. Although I already know the message because God has already sent me the message and I was just kinda overlooking it because I'm not confident and I'm drowning at my bad mindset but I think He used that time to remind me of what I should do. Basically He just answered my questions on what is the next right thing to do now. Just in that time it's a different way and I felt it. I was so grateful for that because now I know what to do. I felt more lighter and just my aura started to light up again and I'm feeling so positive and motivated to do the things I need to do. Again I'm not a philosopher or something. I just wanted to share my thoughts about it and this is just my opinion and my experience so I'm sorry if you're offended or felt attacked or something. I did a tarot reading for a friend (I'm very new to tarot) and she said I basically told her what her therapist had said to her. Mind you, she hasn't spoken to me about any of her sessions with her therapist so I was kinda shook on how accurate the reading went.

Lol! My daughter did a spread for the whole year for me in January. The results freaked me out back then, and looking back I can see how scarily accurate it was for this year so far. I had no idea back then just how on point it was.

Not everyone reads the cards reversed. You can do it in whatever way works for you. So spot on in using your Intuition. I use Tarot cards everyday for myself in the morning and it's changed my life! Love how you do this.

I watched your video days ago. This is a very.. weird subject for me. Growing up Christian. I was raised to believe that this "Magic" was to be avoided at all costs. Now that I have grown, discovered myself, and figured out what these things are truly meant for. They have opened my eyes in so many ways. This conversation resonated with me on SO many levels. I grew up too in a Christian household - a strict, manipulative and fearful Christian household. Things like this were never considered or entertained. It wasn't even just a matter of "avoiding" it all, as it was completely condemning it. But deep inside, I've always had an innate desire for this little world. I've loved the stars and astrology for as long as I can remember. I've identified as pansexual years ago. I've even come to dabble in the art of self-realization with crystals and tarot cards. Literally NONE of this has served the sort of toxicity in my life that my own home had. I've never been more at peace with myself and though I still hear that little voice (who sounds coincidentally reminiscent of my mother lol) that scolds me for the life I live today, I can't find it in me to regret. Having the right mindset going into it tarot is definitely important. I'm not much experienced with tarot I'm still in the process of learning it, but from the few spreads I've done I have noticed if I'm having a bad day its hard to use my intuition to interpret the cards.

For example the word homosexual was introduced in 1946 by someone who bribed a translator to go through with it. It actually meant that a man should never lie with a boy therefore implying to pedophilia is a sin but not homosexuality. For you to think that everything on the Bible is factual and concise and has never been mistranslated or misinterpreted through all these years is beyond me. I love this!!! I love that you gave a step by step on how to actually shuffle and draw the cards - I remember when I first started with tarot, I was SO lost on how to actually use it, and no one seemed to be giving that step by step guide!! One thing I would add (based on how I use my deck) is that if you’re someone who believes in energy, and objects having their own energy, then you can “converse” with your tarot deck! I view that as two forces working with the universe to find some answer; me and the deck. Because shuffling the deck also comes out to pure “chance” you can also ask any guides/angels/whatever you believe in or believe you have to intervene and help with the cards. Personally I noticed a HUGE difference after I started talking to my deck 😅 So, just giving my two cents on it!!

I kind of see the cards the same way but i also believe in it as a spirit as well, i believe when i invoke just the deck im calling on the decks spirit and my higher self to gain wisdom that my earthly self cant see, but other times when i invoke the gods im getting divine wisdom that truly can sometimes tell the future (however never a set future, just the future we are creating through our actions at that point in time. We have the power to change any future we see in the cards) and seeing so many people who are from the Christian path coming around to tarot makes me so so happy. Its such a beautiful way to get in touch with higher truths and im so glad more people are opening their hearts to it❤❤

Awesome! I just started looking into these things. Make sure you sleep with them under your pillow for three days and always store them in the shadows. I believe they are supposed to be gifted, traditionally anyway, so you are one step ahead.

I was always told to not purchase my own tarot deck. I borrowed my mother’s cards until a deck naturally came to me. I had a deck arrive in a goddess provisions box. It was fascinating how I manifested it without asking anyone for it to be gifted to me. There are also tarot card applications that pull cards for you. I’m not sure how the algorithm works but it’s fun to use it digitally when you can’t carry a deck with you.

I grew up in a Christian family and these things are to be considered "evil" because they say it's witchcraft. But after watching videos of tarot readings for a month, I came to realize that it's not evil at all. I actually enjoy it because it guides me through my decisions in the future. I can relate too! I've been interested in witchcraft and tarot cards but I was so scared it might be connected to evils and stuff like that like what they're telling me but I want to just connect with the nature and I like to use natural herbs for my hair and skin idk and because I've been feeling this urge to learn more about it but I'm not gonna be praising and believing other gods, I know to myself that there is only one God and I believe in Him and I love reading the bible... I was praying for answers to God if it's ok to explore it and I was searching up if it's really evil and I found that there are Christian witches that are good and still connected to God just they are also connected on nature and to their self and stuff i don't really know much about that, and then after a few months I think I know the answers now, I can feel that God is trying to say it's ok for me to explore because it has been popping up randomly everywhere without me even trying... I guess modern witchcraft is not evil like it was before, just don't go too far to the extent that your beliefs are being change and just always remind yourself what you truly believe and I'm not that knowledgeable about this, I'm a beginner but just I want to remind myself this because I don't want to go too far, not noticing I'm in the wrong path or something... I just really think that this is just for guidance and to know myself more, I'm not gonna rely on it cause it's just the possibility and it inspires you what you can do and stuff. That's just what I think about this right now. I want to love myself more and I want to understand myself more because I was suicidal and I'm glad that God is always sending His message to me through His angels I'm with, that I could be something more than this and that this is not what He has planned for me and that this will end so I really don't think I'm gonna be converting to some other religions because I've felt God and I am a believer. I believe my mission here is to build myself to become an inspiration to others and help people and Just find my way to be a deserving child of God. So when my time comes, I'm not gonna be regretting what I did with my life and I will know that I did my best to be a deserving child of God so I could be with Him at last. That's just what I want... I can feel that it is my mission, my purpose here. I've experienced and been through a lot and that teaches me and I learn from them I just need to get back up with God by my side, He always is and will always be there for all of us...
Back to the topic at hand, my first tarot card experience helped me remember my intention, my why power why I'm doing this, why I want to be better, and remind me that I have potential and I just have to take action. It inspired me. Although I already know the message because God has already sent me the message and I was just kinda overlooking it because I'm not confident and I'm drowning at my bad mindset but I think He used that time to remind me of what I should do. Basically He just answered my questions on what is the next right thing to do now. Just in that time it's a different way and I felt it. I was so grateful for that because now I know what to do. I felt more lighter and just my aura started to light up again and I'm feeling so positive and motivated to do the things I need to do.
Again I'm not a philosopher or something. I just wanted to share my thoughts about it and this is just my opinion and my experience so I'm sorry if you're offended or felt attacked or something.

I did a tarot reading for a friend (I'm very new to tarot) and she said I basically told her what her therapist had said to her. Mind you, she hasn't spoken to me about any of her sessions with her therapist so I was kinda shook on how accurate the reading went.

@@whwjsjhsj a little of both I suppose. I used my tarot book as reference to jot down key words for each card and I did daily 1 card readings for a while to get to know the deck. I still use my notes regularly though

As someone who has had tarrot be a big part of his life, from my great aunt to my mother to myself; it's a fantastic way to hone your inner wisdom.

Not everyone reads the cards reversed. You can do it in whatever way works for you. So spot on in using your Intuition. I use Tarot cards everyday for myself in the morning and it's changed my life! Love how you do this.

This is a very.. weird subject for me.
Growing up Christian. I was raised to believe that this "Magic" was to be avoided at all costs.
Now that I have grown, discovered myself, and figured out what these things are truly meant for. They have opened my eyes in so many ways.
I went out to my nearest Crystal Shop and bought Tarot cards as soon as I watched this. It has given me a sense of happiness that I'm really thankful for. Anything that will help remind me, of how strong and capable I am, as well as my mind. ❤

This conversation resonated with me on SO many levels. I grew up too in a Christian household - a strict, manipulative and fearful Christian household. Things like this were never considered or entertained. It wasn't even just a matter of "avoiding" it all, as it was completely condemning it.
But deep inside, I've always had an innate desire for this little world. I've loved the stars and astrology for as long as I can remember. I've identified as pansexual years ago. I've even come to dabble in the art of self-realization with crystals and tarot cards. Literally NONE of this has served the sort of toxicity in my life that my own home had. I've never been more at peace with myself and though I still hear that little voice (who sounds coincidentally reminiscent of my mother lol) that scolds me for the life I live today, I can't find it in me to regret.

Having the right mindset going into it tarot is definitely important. I'm not much experienced with tarot I'm still in the process of learning it, but from the few spreads I've done I have noticed if I'm having a bad day its hard to use my intuition to interpret the cards.

If you have a problem with this then by all means, demand an explanation from God when you meet Him. Until then, live and let live. You live in a country where you are allowed the freedom to interact with God in your own way and you have no right to criticize others that do the same. You need to learn to respect the fact that you live in a country with freedom of religion and stop insulting those that have beliefs different than yours.
By the way, tarot cards are not exclusively used by Pagans and Witches. There is also nothing wrong with Witchcraft. It isn’t what you think it is. Theres really no excuse not to have a basic understanding of comparative religions. The information is out there, you need only look it up.

For example the word homosexual was introduced in 1946 by someone who bribed a translator to go through with it. It actually meant that a man should never lie with a boy therefore implying to pedophilia is a sin but not homosexuality. For you to think that everything on the Bible is factual and concise and has never been mistranslated or misinterpreted through all these years is beyond me. I was kind of scared of trying tarot cuz people say it’s bad and attracts bad things but I’ve always been drawn to to it and my intentions are purely to connect with my higher self and other divine beings of love and light to help guide myself and get insight of situations, so I bought one last night! I love this!!! I love that you gave a step by step on how to actually shuffle and draw the cards - I remember when I first started with tarot, I was SO lost on how to actually use it, and no one seemed to be giving that step by step guide!!
One thing I would add (based on how I use my deck) is that if you’re someone who believes in energy, and objects having their own energy, then you can “converse” with your tarot deck! I view that as two forces working with the universe to find some answer; me and the deck. Because shuffling the deck also comes out to pure “chance” you can also ask any guides/angels/whatever you believe in or believe you have to intervene and help with the cards.
Personally I noticed a HUGE difference after I started talking to my deck 😅 So, just giving my two cents on it!!

I kind of see the cards the same way but i also believe in it as a spirit as well, i believe when i invoke just the deck im calling on the decks spirit and my higher self to gain wisdom that my earthly self cant see, but other times when i invoke the gods im getting divine wisdom that truly can sometimes tell the future (however never a set future, just the future we are creating through our actions at that point in time. We have the power to change any future we see in the cards) and seeing so many people who are from the Christian path coming around to tarot makes me so so happy. Its such a beautiful way to get in touch with higher truths and im so glad more people are opening their hearts to it❤❤

I was always told to not purchase my own tarot deck. I borrowed my mother’s cards until a deck naturally came to me. I had a deck arrive in a goddess provisions box. It was fascinating how I manifested it without asking anyone for it to be gifted to me.
There are also tarot card applications that pull cards for you. I’m not sure how the algorithm works but it’s fun to use it digitally when you can’t carry a deck with you.
