In this presentation, an attempt would be made to explain the freedoms guaranteed under sub-clauses (b), (c), (d) & (e) of clause (1) of Article 19 and the restrictions that can be imposed on the exercise of these freedoms as provided under clauses (3) to (5) of Article 19.
