    6 part chocolate is to 1 part water

      opo. pede naman sya wait mag thicken para di syado madaming bes mag apply. more on personal preference lang tlaga sya. ma ganache lang di tlaga ko pero i think if di syado maarte ba (like me) kahit ilang layers ok naman na.😊

    Hi maam good day po☺️matagal na po ako nag hahanap ng pang caje frosting ko na matagal mag melt finally nakakuha na po ng tamang ratio, super galing nyo po mag explain.... Sana po may tutorial din po kayo how to melt chocolate using stove lng po, wala po kc akong oven, using steamer lng po for my cakes, thanks

      na try mo na ms.lilibeth? pag sa stove, double boiler po. pero turn off mo na un fire if ipapatong na ung bowl with chocolate. tapos un bottom ng bowl di dapat mag touch sa hot water po.then haluin lang gang melt si chocolate po. 😊

      yes po. magkaiba po sila. dapat melted muna si chocolate before mag add po ng water. as in khit konting water wala dapat if di pa melted si chocolate po. 😊

      chocolate and bowl should be water free before and while melting the chocolate (not even a drop). water will be added once the chocolate is fully melted.

    Tnx for sharing this video. Inantay ko ma slice sana ung cake just to see how thick the ganache already at kung gano ka firm ang ganache once na pinag slice na ang cake. I was thinking either kung ano reaction ng ganache po pag slice i mean kung kasing tigas na ba sya ng chocolate? Di kaya mahirapan sa slicing portion? Sana po naipakita din sa video dear. Curious lng po kc ako 😊. Kulet ko din po noh? Pero overall, maganda sya in fairness kaso po mukhang time consuming ang process. How if marami orders lalo na this coming dec. Kung ang isang cake ay pabalik balik sa ref in an hour or less just to set the ganache, baka di ko na magawa ang iba 😁. Pero i've learned one thing na ang ratio pala ng compound choco & water is 6:1. That's helpful. Tnx dear. I am one of your fans. Actually some of your recipes ang favorite kong gawin like chiffon cake. Napagkakakitaan ko na nga actually..

    Thank you so much for this. 1st time mo nagtry na gumawa ng chocolate ganache di gaano nagfirm kasi nakailang coat muna ako bago ilagay sa fridge. Ganun pala ang technique para mag set ang ganache. Mga gaano po katagal ichill bago po patungan ulit, mga 1hr po? Thank you 😊

      yes po. maraming bes din ako maglagay ng ganache eh. pabalik balik ako sa fridge or freezer. pero mas madalas sa freezer. saglit lang. wala pa 5 mins tpos lagay na uli ng ganache. mag m moist na sya if masyado matagal eh. 😊

      hi ms.julieta, magastos kasi ako s ganache po kaya di ko masabi. un 1 kilo ng water ganache ko is nilalaan ko for size 9" x4" eh. double recipe bali ng nasa video ko po. pero magastos po ako. so depende sa gagamit din po. thank you po.

      yes, you can use milk chocolate too.
      it's basically adding water (room temperature) to melted chocolate only.

      i tried full cream milk, nag work din po. but if ako i'll stick sa water kasi wala naman sila difference po. longer shelf life pa pag water.😊.

    TQ for the tutorial. If I want to frost a 9" 2 layer cake how much do I need. Also in between the layering of the frost will the balance frosting in the bowl become hard?

      it will depend on the weather if it will get hard. if it is too cold, it will harden and sets fast. you can reheat it but for few seconds only as the chocolate can burn easily. it will become oily too.
      i use 1 kilo of white chocolate to 8"x4 to 9"x4" cake but will depend also on you.😊. i usually use a lot of frosting and ganache for my cakes.😊

      you can add more water if you want it softer.😊 you can decrease the ratio by 5:1 instead of 6:1. 😊

      havent tried it but it sets over time. i think you can but you need to do it manually. i mean use knife or anything to imprint the lines. then brush off the excess ganache if any.

      un cake dito is white chocolate mud cake. nag r recipe rest lang ko that time kaya wala pa po recipe dito sa yt.🙈
      pede ung water ganache sa chocolate cake po. basta un mas dense na cake..not mga chiffon.
      sa channel ko meron pede.
      chocolate cake, pineapple carrot cupcake (pede din sa cake un cupcakes), banana loaf, lemon cake, vanilla cupcake and red velvet cupcakes po. lahat sila ede sa water ganache. and fondant. if small cake lang pede half recipe lang sila. tpos un water ganache, depende kasi sa gagamit. mga half kilo po if small lang. medyo magastos kasi ako sa ganache po.😅

      hala. wala akong magandang lalagyan ng mga baking ingredients ko po. 😅 sealed container lang po tpos nasa malaking container sila na sama sama.😅😂 un parang box na plastic po. tpos un mga maliliit like baking soda, etc. maliit na mga plastic container tapos nasa orocan sila po. sama sama din. tapos un mga ibang gamit ko po, nasa orocan din po sila.😊
      medyo magulo kasi un mga lalagyan ko. ininvade ko po bahay namin.😂😂😂

      hi!!!! hinanap ko tlaga asan tong comment mo po.😅 ok...so someone told me po na mas better nga daw po i store ang flour sa ref or freezer po. kaya daw po nagka bukbok is dahil sa storage nya. dapat daw po is hindi sa mainit and madilim ung lalagyan.
      pero ako po nasa room temp lang pero clear container po. ok naman sila. ayun lang. just wanna inform you lang na tama po ung alam mo po. now i know na din.😅😅😅

    Hindi ko pa po natry mag bake ng cake kasi parang masyado complicated and incase na mag fail dami masasayang na ingredients. Haha. But this method convinced me to try one. Hopefully maganda kalabasan. ☺️ Can I use po yung regular type na food coloring na nabibili sa supermarket? Hindi po powder, not also gel type. Sorry nakalimutan ko ano tawag. Mejo watery sya ng konti. Lol. Thanks!

      pede naman ms.laurence since liquid naman sya. isama mo na sa water. pero i suggest try ka muna ng small amount ng recipe din. madali lang tong gawin pero need din inagatan na di ma overheat. and nakadepende din sya sa weather kasi. pero madali lang yan.😊

      sa baking need tlaga mag recipe test hanggat makuha mo un right recipe for u. un masasayang na ingredients isipin mo na lang na investment un eh. pag naman nkuha mo na pede ka na mag stick don. ok lang po yan..miski ako lagi ako nag r recipe test pa din now..may time na di ako satisfied pero bihira naman masayang. may kakain at kakain pa din naman po. hehe.
