yes pwede. same ratio ng ganache under fondant para mas stable and then saka mo lagyan ng soft icing

hello po chef magtatanong lang po about s sukat ni ganache anu po ibig svhn ng 2:1 sabi po kasi s dark choco 2:1 1kilo ng choco & 500ml
n cream pag semi sweet nman 4:1 1kilo ng choco 250ml
cream medyo naguluhan po aq sorry .. anu ibig svhn ng 2:1 kada 1 count ng choco means 500ml po ba at kada count ng 1cream 250ml? thanks po

matagal naman sya kahit 1month sa ref. or pwede din sa freezer para mas matagal ang shelf life

simmer mo lang yung cream tapos ilagay yung chocolate hanggang mag melt. simmer lang wag boil

15-20mins. basta check lng kung okay na yung texture and dapat spreadable na yung consistency nya
