Refrigerated it some minutes in before whipping and repeated the process for 3-4times before finally getting this spreadable consistency

How do you preserve the cake ?
My cakes can stay out up to 3 weeks without going bad. It only dries out but still doesn’t go bad please. I don’t use preservatives 🙏🏽
