    Frequent urination does not necessarily indicates diabetes. Bladder problem or prostate inflammation can also be the cause of frequent urination, and it's common in old people. It is important to mention this so people don't panic.

    So I just found out recently that I'm Pre-diabetic.
    My sister took my test using home diabetic tester and got 113 mg/dL.

      Was this your fasting score? From 8 hours without food? If not your score is fine!

    Small meals throughout the day aka snacking? Yeah, I'll spike my insulin levels multiple times that ought to do the trick. I was a pre-diabetic 50 year old and now exercise and eat ONE healthy meal a day, not binging either or hungry during the day, I just drink plenty of water or have a black coffee, I monitor my blood sugar levels morning and evening and they're perfect every time. He lost me with the multiple small meals.

      Multiple Small meals works for keeping the elevated metabolism, not everyone can eat one meal a day, so having smaller protein rich meals will help to keep u feeling full and also increase metabolism.

      If the small meal is low or no carb, like a can of tuna with olive oil, it's OK. But keeping those, say 3, small meals in an 8 hour window is best to give insulin a chance to really dip in the 16 hours you are not eating.

    Pre diabetes is high insulin and normal blood glucose, it happens long before it shows in blood glucose .

    the only thing i noticed was intense itch on the bottom of my foot. i cut out all table sugar and cut down on white bread and the itch went away.

    I work at a children's home in south Africa and if there was a cure for HIV, I thank I would literally cry my eyes out for a week straight!🩸 so many precious little lives. born with this horrible disease. Thank you for your research and please don't sell out to big pharma!🙏 I am begging you❤❤

    August 2023 blood test result
    Lost 30 lbs. from 210 lbs.
    Total C and LDL went up through the roof.

    your tip no 2 is wrong! and it is against the core of reversing diabetes. skipping meals or intermittent fasting is the best way to reverse diabetes
