Wow! Thank you Dave for the very thorough review of my product. If you ever need more items for your monthly giveaway just let me know. 73!
Well, finally cleared that up.
The part about DX phonetics; in particular the "kilowatt" for "K". I hate that. I've never understood it. During contests I'd hear something like "kilowatt 5. . ." . What was "kilowatt 5"? "K5. . ." or "KW5" Drove me crazy. So I'd put both in the log "KW5. . . and K5. . ." figuring the wrong one wouldn't be counted. Now I know "kilowatt" is K and "kilowatt whiskey is "KW" and not "KWW" Guess it makes sense. "Kilowatt" is one word not "Kilo Watt." Still hate it, but now I know. Great video. Thanks.
I had thought people were just being silly when they used "Kilowatt," "Germany," "America," etc. I came across that DX alternate list a few weeks ago and realized they weren't being silly, not completely silly anyway.
Very nice!
Way cool!!! I say again, way cool!!!
Thank you, Dave. That's interesting.
He left "M" and "Z" off the Morse code list.
That was a first gen mistake on the graphic. It was corrected a while ago. Dave just got an early version.
I want to get one but does not deliver to Canada even though its listed on the Etsy Canada website
