- Continuing to add some scale detail to this build. I solve the fitment issue of the Pro-Scale light module with the interior kit. Tires also get downsized in response to the front fender clearance issue.

Interior kit nect and the beige interior is the best choice IMO for the black bodied Blazer.
Just need to find a 7 inch driver figure..

Excellent work Sir. This Chevy is beautiful. Man this is getting serious now. Even after spending up big on a Traxxas TRX 4 then putting all these hours work in and creating a masterpiece. I've seen a few other channels on TH-cam with scale crawler trucks and they are unbelievable. Yours is possibly one of the best apart from 1 other as scale builder guild. I only just brought myself a TRX 4 Ford F150 high trail metallic brown like maybe 10 days ago and it's completely stock standard apart from some 1.9 wheels of a TRX 4 Landrover Defender. I'm even scared to get mine dirty but here in Australia it's now winter and we recently have had lots of rain on the east coast in Melbourne. Even then I'm still scared to get this truck dirty because it's not easy to clean. I will this week be buying a pro scale light kit and chrome roll bar with lights too but that might be all I can afford for a while. I definitely want some beautiful billet aluminium differential housings and portal housings some of that bling is so highly desirable but here in Australia Traxxas and Traxxas parts even aftermarket are really very expensive. I payed $1100.00 Australian dollars for my TRX 4 Ford and by time I get some hop up parts that could even double ( that's being conservative) might even triple. Great work here on your Chevy my friend 👍💪👌 can't wait to see some driving action.
Thank you for the compliments on the rig sir! Yeah these things get real expensive real quick once you start adding all the bits and bobs. For cleaning these, I use a low flow water spray, then blow it off good with hand held mini blower. Just want to get all the standing water dry. Put it on blocks and spin it up for a bit after you clean it. Cheers mate!

Hey B. The details are so good. The gloss paint and chrome are retro perfect. I remember seeing these Blazers cruising around when I was a kid in the 80s. I think you got the tires, wheel well, stance just right 👍🏾
Thankyou. I totally agree, I think it looks proper 80s. The smaller tires do actually look really good on it... which is good, since I didn't want to give up the widetrack look.

Awesome. U need those wheels and skid plates and exhaust. And floor board you got. I have the interiors. And lights and lift kit. So the 1.7 tires will fit on 1.9 rims is cool to know. Thanks for sharing with us bro. Great video

Man! That thing looks GREAT! And I actually think the smaller tires look more scale. The interior looks great as well. Just needs a driver figure to complete the look. But, it's too pretty to actually use and get dirty/scratched, while also too nice of a rig to just sit on a shelf... What to do, what to do....

I haven’t had a magnetic mounted body pop of yet. These are plenty strong I think. Intupically use rare earth magnets, this is my first “kit”, but I like not having to shoe goo these in.

Where did you get the brackets ? I bought the mud flaps from atees and just received them but even in the packaging it says mud flaps w/o brackets I can’t find any on the site….

Yes, I did after messing with it a while. They are now on a switch on the Link app.
strange that the bronco didn't have that tire rub issue, I put 1.9 rc4wd Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTCs on it and there are no rubbing issues.... I'm a Ford Guy, but that squarebody is looking good
The wheels I put on had some offset to them and I have +4mm axles. Combined with the taller wider Thornbirds was going to require a lift or cutting. I’m liking the smaller tire look though. Very scale!
How did you get the tail light turn signals to work. I only have the front working. Also I have no break lights. I also wired my pro scale lights using the receiver wire, not the wireless set. Don't have the adapter for the transmitter yet.
Nothing special for the blinkers, just by the instructions. I think the break doesn’t really work in F/R mode. I think you have to be in F/B/R mode on the ESC. I did use the Max link though. Check your ports for your rear blinker LEDs? If the front work the receiver plug is correct I would think.
I purchased those Blazer mudguards, not knowing they came without a mounting kit. Do you have the part #? Tried to screenshot it, too blury. Thanks and great video.
Ali Express doesn't have them listed any more. AsiaTees only had the mud flaps. Sorry. Keep searching I guess.

Honestly it’s been a bit… I can’t remember exactly. I’m sure you could make it work though. Seems like there is room.

I don't know, I agree, but the rub would have killed it. These smaller ones still rub a tad on the front here and there. But they get the job done. Did order the "standard" web wrap halo foams for the front. Soft was tooooo soft for the weight.
