How do you get the marbles from being seen once you pour in the water
They are water beads they turn clear with water. I recommend you use distilled water though so it doesn’t grow bacteria after a little while.

They are water beads. You can find them at Michaels (craft store) or a florist

How long stay like this?
If you use distilled water it could last for several weeks. Distilled won't grow bacteria. But as the water evaporates you'll need to add more.
