You can try to use these ideas:
Vinegar and Baking Soda: Mix equal parts of white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Spray the inside of the cupboard and wipe it down. Then, sprinkle baking soda on the surfaces, leave it for a few hours, and then vacuum or wipe it off.
Activated Charcoal: Place bowls of activated charcoal inside the cupboard. Charcoal is excellent at absorbing odors.
Coffee Grounds: Place bowls of used coffee grounds inside the cupboard. Coffee grounds can help absorb and mask odors.
