Hi Maago, codons are the triplet codes on the mRNA. The anticodons are the compatible codons on the tRNA. So if the mRNA is AUG. That's the codon. The tRNA will carry the anticodon UAC. I did the video on protein synthesis in Chapter 6. Do watch that for more clarity
