    I know its random but Hunter is truly blessed to have a father like you Lee... Lost my dad when I was 15 an he was 32 to a massive heart attack an was found in his car going to the gym it's really heart warming to see you with everyone around you....     Lee had dense solid muscle when he competed. I think he was overlooked for Mr. Olympia win. He looks fantastic at his age today, simply amazing.

    Lee’s a badass. He placed top 4 at 7 consecutive Olympias, builds a company worth millions, has a son who also placed top 4 in the Olympia and he’s still jacked af at the age of 62. 😅

    Loving the middle aged guy content. At mid 40’s, it’s harder and harder to relate to training content from 20’s and 30’s guys with better joints.

    Great video guys loved watching it I am 64 years old still doing deadlifts pulled 140 kg’s last week still more in the tank is how I train now never to the limit but still enjoyable from the uk 🇬🇧 😊

    Master of consistency. Still have my 1990ies mags in the basement, in which Lee's back then unorthodox method of low volume and plenty recovery time was featured. Already did ppl back then. One of the true greats of BB.

    ّI loved this video and enjoyed watching Lee training, it reminded me of old days when I was a teenager watching Lee and the other guys competing in Olympia on VHS tapes and their photos in magazines training .     Lee and the crew… Just wonderful as always from bodybuilding to a human being… I had the pleasure of meeting Les a few times… One of them was at a bodybuilding show that I competed in in topika Kansas .. Lee guess posed to the immigrant song by Led Zeppelin… (92)... Wonderful memories…

    True ,i just started using straps again after 25 years using no straps...only use them on my last set for lats when i go all out past failure...my back is growing over last month since i cut down my sets and exercises and added intensity on my last sets..i am going to be 65 in a month and still get great workouts..thanks for sharing.

    This is awesome, I remember seeing Lee for the first time on the original Lean Body MRP box in the late 90s. I was just getting into training and was totally inspired. Love the training videos, keep them coming

    Do you do lat machine pullovers...?
    Today I did heavy straight arm cable press downs to isolate my lats because the gym did not have lat pullover machine. Most gyms to not have any type of machine lat pullover.

    I am 61, started training at 18. I no longer workout 4-5 days a week. 3 days is max and I'm sore until I workout again.

    Sorry Lee but none of the cable rows from any of the 3 Joe Gold World Gym locations was in pumping iron, but they were very similar in design.
    The original cable row from golds gym 1 survived well into the 90s and went to Golds 2 in Santa Monica then over to the current location in 1980.
    The cable rows from the World Gyms were actually better because you could adjust the height of the pulley.
    Joe Gold and Dan Howard worked together on designing and making some great equipment.
