Ingredients for the cream cheese filling:
►6 oz cream cheese at room temperature
►¼ cup of sugar
►1 large egg yolk, room temperature
►½ tsp pure vanilla extract
►⅛ tsp salt
►½ tsp lemon juice
For the Peach Filling:
►1 (15 oz) can of sliced peaches
Ingredients for the pastry:
►1 sheet of store-bought frozen puff pastry
Egg Wash:
►1 large egg mixed with 1 Tbsp water
Danish Toppings:
►Coarse sugar (I used raw sugar)
Glaze:
►⅓ cup Powdered sugar mixed with ½ Tbsp Milk
