This is my First Pokémon TCG Box Ever! - 151 Ultra Premium Collection Opening and Unboxing Review

After finding a couple hundred if not thousands of cards from the Base Set era from my youth, the collection bug has bit me again, and I have decided to simultaneously collect and invest in the 151 Scarlet/Violet expansion in hopes of potentially building a great collection and MAYBE being able to flip them down the road...

It's really gorgeous. I enjoyed going back through my original cards from 99 and 00 but frankly a lot of the art is very weak or not representative of what the Pokemon actually look like.
These cards though are stellar.

Hope to enjoy it! Feels a bit like gambling though, so much that kinda scares me. If these things were in the physical stores near me like the newest sets I wonder if I could control myself..?

The gambling aspect is hard to wrestle with sometimes. love that your enjoying the art, Magic has been my drug for the last 15 something years and the art in that game is incredible if your interested.

@@evenlydistributedmoney Ya, magic is where my love for art has started tbh. Really cool! That's my main goal, is just collect all the art. I HOPE I wont get any deeper than that haha. But ya, that and then maybe try to resell them down the road if they gain value like the old cards did.

It’s so sad the charizard had a lot of of potential but it is slightly offside which means that both sides of the card have different length

So if you notice each card has an illustrator...so if there is art you like check the illustrator and then chase those cards
