    I’ve had two. A 2021 soft top and 2023 hard top. Both badlands 2.7 SAS. The 21’ I had for 12k miles zero issues, the 2023 I’ve had for 10k miles zero issues. The 23’ has been lifted 4” with a complete suspension swap of every part sitting on 37s. Smiles every single day. Pro tip: if you think it’s loud inside take your doors and top off for the entire summer. You’ll think the thing is whisper quiet once you button it back up for fall 🤙🏽

    I have a 22 Base ,Sasquatch,V-6 Twin Turbo, 10 speed automatic, Hardtop with Running boards. The running boards are key to keeping the sides of the Bronco clean. I now have 19000 miles on it -with average mpg of 18.2. Mine is not noisy at all inside at highway speeds. This is our vehicle that we choose to take on trips. The height of the vehicle means that I can see over most others in traffic- which means I can react quicker to traffic situations ahead. I am never fatigued when driving. Seats are very comfortable. and because of the 35 inch tires as wide as they are- they help this handle great. AWD is a pleasure to simply turn on at speeds when you encounter the unexpected heavy rains. I feel safe in my Bronco. Which to me is the #1 reason. I am a former Jeep Owner- my last being a 22 Gladiator. The Bronco is worlds ahead in driving pleasure, interior space and noise. I never hear the engine running from inside the cabin.The V-6 Twin turbo is VERY quick, Surprisingly Quick at highway passing speeds and take off. I also used FORSCAN to turn on the other GOAT modes. I Would 100 % purchase this Bronco again.

      @ZeGermanHam หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm with you. I know that extended oil change intervals are becoming more commonplace, but that doesn't necessarily mean that there are no issues with the practice. Just like automakers frequently saying transmission and differential fluid is "lifetime", 10k mile oil change intervals are also highly dubious in my view. Engine sludge is still a very real risk and ongoing issue, and turbo engines also tend to be more troublesome with extended oil intervals. Would I run oil for 10k miles if I owned this Bronco? Nope, not unless I was leasing it.

I don’t really feel the need to add the ford tuner and be required to run 93. Just coding in sport mode (definitely increases the low end it has different vvt settings) and making the bov vent to air is enough of engine mods. And it handles shockingly well for an off roader on off road tires.

    I am going have to disagree with you on the noise issue. okay. I have a '23 Badlands, 4 door, hard top, SAS, 10 speed auto and v6. The engine and tranny is the only major difference between your vehicles and mine and that could contribute to the noise. I have had my Bronco for almost a year an the first 6 months I put on 20k miles and I could make phone calls at conversational levels and hear the other person fine, I have had passengers where we have been able to carry on normal level conversational between the front seats and from the front to back, and vice/versa. Agreed, there is going to be some noise with big tires, flat front aerodynamics, and able to take off the doors and windows, but not much more than other SUV's with off-road tires. Plus commuting and long distance driving were not at all fatiguing, during that first 6 months I was driving all over the south east and putting in 8 hour days drives and I was just as road weary as I was back when I drove a Porsche Macan. And she is an asphalt queen either, I use it like it was meant as well and daily driver.

      I think it had more to do with the tires. He said when switched to the Nokian tires, it was quieter. Make sense since the Nokian is a winter tire and it has softer compound. Tires make a huge difference in sound. I had Toyo A40 OE on my Mazda3 awd hatch, it was a eco tire, made for low rolling resistant to save on fuel, and they were loud due to it's hard compound nature. Traction was not ideal for my driving style. I switched to Pirelli P Zero AS Plus, a UHP tire, and it was a lot quieter, better handling on dry and wet, better response, but mileage took a 1mpg hit since they're a softer non rolling resistant performance tire.

    It is not a good idea to recommend 10,000 miles for an oil change and service on these turbo application motors. There is proof that the EcoBoost motors will grenade from turbo failure primarily from the turbo wearing out too soon from a lack of lubrication creating a domino effect of destruction that will cost the consumer literately thousands way before 100,000 miles. It is recommended from the professionals to change the oil every 3,000 to 5,000 thousand miles.
