Important concept explained very well! I remember when I first listened deeply to Kreisler's playing and it really drove the point home that impulse vibrato is key to that sort of "speaking" sound that musicians like he and Casals had.
Excellent method - Thank you. However on my particular violin unless I press pretty hard I end up sliding rather than anchoring the fingers. I have played other fiddles that have fingerboards with more "grip". I suffer from quite slippery fingers. Any suggestions?

This might be a question of hand balance in the left hand. I may try and address this in future videos.
