I just discovered this playlist, and I have to say that I got addicted in mere seconds...
I wish every remix was like this, adding everything that enhances the original in the right areas while staying true to the original.

The ping of the door lock as it's about to blow up adds the touch. The overwatch voice completes from there. All the ingame sounds incorporated into this is awesome.
Half Life 2 has the best story, hands down. Even it's previous game can't compete.
It really kicks in, you can feel the ride, the hunter chopper behind you, the landscape rushing by...man, this is epic. It fits this masterpiece of a game series so good.
