Following your questions on “Why is my Shoulder hurting after a long Swim?” I am sharing with you a simple warm up & mobility routine that can help with your shoulder problems and maybe even prevent them.
Over training as well as poor technique can strain your shoulder a lot. And of course diving right into your swim workout without warming up is not.
I used to be a competitive swimmer and these are some warm up & mobility exercises that I would do before my swim training. All the movements are mainly for your upper body with focus on shoulders.
