DAY 9: 9 day Reggaeton TABATA Challenge - HIIT - MINI BAND - FULL BODY - Summer Beach Body
My dear friends,
Join me for a 9 day challenge! Yes 9 days!
All workouts start with a warm up and finish with a cool down. In between we will focus Tabata Training and HIIT. So basically 8 rounds of 20 sec work and 10 sec rest followed by 1 min of HIIT, all using a mini band.
Feel free to tune into some Meditation & Breathwork afterwards to relax after this high intensity workout.
Day 1 to Day 8 will be quick and short approx. 10 minutes.
And the last workout on Day 9 will be all 8 rounds of Tabata together 45 minutes!
Day 1 - Pull Apart & Sumo Squat, Plank Shoulder Taps
Day 2 - Knee Raises, Lateral Leg Raises
Day 3 - Bicep Curl & Lunge, Shoulder Press & Heel Raise
Day 4 - Standing Clams, Drop Squats
Day 5 - Overhead Triceps Extension, External Shoulder Rotation
Day 6 - Monster Walk, Jumping Jack & Star Jumps
Day 7 - Side Pull Apart, Push Ups into with Arm Raise
Day 8 - Quadruped Kick Out & Birddog, Bear Hold & Knee Tucks
Day 9 - All Together!!!!
