Even after the leaderboards where taken away, people started to upload there laps a lot more. I remember seeing times on the leaderboards (PS3) that where completely screwed up though. Some people had laps of 10 seconds on some tracks. Even though the leaderboards where a good thing, it was always the best thing to see how a best lap was done by recording that lap. As for tottos, I can't recall that username. On PS3, kingbone55, commando6, and I think maybe jarnokka where considered the best racers at the time.
The Comet is the fastest car in the game in terms of top speed. The fastest times ever achieved (Even around 2010) where all with the Comet. The only two cars that can give the Comet a run is the Turismo and Infernus, but even those two can't set times that the Comet can set.
Man I’m sad I wasn’t old enough for the OG GTA IV racing days but happy I’ve been a part of of the GTA V racing community for so long
