Just want to say I needed this today more than I realized. During the stream, I got unstuck on a short story I've been trying to write and had such a good flow going that I just kept going after it ended. I've just recently started experiencing my ADHD symptoms more strongly, but I have to wait 2 weeks for meds. It's channels like these that help me cope with symptoms enough to still get schoolwork done. ❤❤❤ Thanks!

I just wanted to thank you for making these body doubling videos, and all of the rest of the content that you create. I've had so many "ah ha" moments while watching your videos. I better understand why my phone is such a distraction for me. Last night I finally deleted the game that is my main distraction in life. Today I am really struggling at work and staying on task. All of a sudden I realized that it's because I'm not getting the dopamine hits that I was getting from that game and I wasn't replacing those dopamine hits. So the only way that I could get myself to work and be productive is your body doubling videos. Thank you so much! I look forward to following you and learning more and more from you!

I've been postponing doing one of these for a while now, but today everything seems to have gone wrong, from my phone dying and my alarm not waking me up, to having no food ready and having a late breakfast just to make sure I've actually eaten something today. Thank you for helping me actually stay on task. I've just finished the whole workload I missed in the morning just within the beginning of the video and the first pomodoro.

I know this comment might not get seen. But these last 2 days have been so amazing- also on the other stream someone suggested presorting laundry and only washing one type of clothes at a time and time trying it out. It certainly is making it feel more manageable
Just listened and got my tax return done that I’ve sat down to do and procrastinated against for 2 weeks.
I was struggling to get off my phone and decided to work with my brain instead of against it and work while *on* my phone. Thanks so much for this video!!

I use an app called dubbi for tasks like that and it changed my life

What's with the tomato Timer? Pomodoro is Italian for tomato.
The next 25 minutes? I want to complete some Maths questions from a TH-camr called Ginger Mathematician based on what I've learned this year. That should last for about a session or two. After that, I hope to get ready for the gym, have a cold shower and cleanse session and take my dog for a walk. Last but not least, I'd like to spend the last two sessions for practicing a set of ICT practical questions to challenge myself to get all of them correct.

So I have asked for help but when my teacher gives me something to read at home and ancer questions on I feel like I can do them at school and then I get home and start to do them and don't have the mentle energy to do them and it is like I have a huge burnout.
But I can do my math homework with ease and I have always had issues with reading and rembering what I am reading.
