This is really good. Love the video! I loved MvCI even with its flaws and honestly Monster Hunter was a big reason for it. She was honestly my introduction to the Monster Hunter series and I’m still playing MH till this day. It’s a shame she’s stuck in a Vs game no one wants to touch even though I think it’s one of the best gameplay wise. But that’s just me. Keep up the good work on these videos.
Yeah, I like MvCI a lot despite it's flaws as well, and she's a big reason why. I think if every character in the game had the clear love and care put into her and the other DLC characters (and some of the base roster like Jedah and Ultron) the roster would maybe be slightly less looked down upon.
@@TheSeventhForce I 100% agree with this. The roster feels so bland with a few exceptions. And something that really disappoints me is the cut characters from the previous game. My UMvC3 team was Wright, Tron, and Dr. Doom and none of those are in the game. It just sucks because the game feels so much like a corporate sell out of a game. Like the CAPCOM side is good but the Marvel side clearly was based off the MCU. Like it really sucked seeing characters like Shumo, Doom, and Deadpool getting cut. At least Ultron and Gamora are cool.
The aerial versions of Demon Flurry and Demon Dance seem to be based on Heavenly Spinning Blade Dance, an attack first seen in (I think) the opening cinematic of Monster Hunter 4 that became a usable move in Monster Hunter World. It could also be one of the normal aerial Dual Blades attacks, though there are very few of those since Monster Hunter had minimal-to-no focus on airborne combat until 4.
Kind of sucks that Monster Hunter is in one of the more weaker Capcom vs. games but at the same time it’s pretty cool to see Monster Hunter in a Capcom vs. game though I personally would have prefer the Felynes over the Hunter because the hunters are iconic I personally find the Felynes more iconic compared to the hunters but then again either one are good choices.
I wonder what the universe looked like where all the infinite plans continued i recall they said they would turn it into a platform (whatever that means, i aint versed in English)rather than just a game Edit: Sidenote i kinda wish it was a rep that only used 1 weapon or had a stance that lets her switch weapons, so many cool moves would be good in infinite
I think it meant that they just planned on keep updating rather than making sequels. Honestly even as an English speaker I'm not really sure what "platform" means in this context. lol
Just an observation but is it true that the Hunters from Monster Hunter are generally considered to be a blank slate similar to characters like Mario and Link?
Me and my girlfriend played a lot of monster Hunter and actually liked how the hunter plays in this game even if it felt shoed in

the modding community: “allow us to introduce ourselves”
Good video dude. I didn't know none of this stuff. I didn't even know the character had a theme. Good show.

it meant a place to keep adding to. much like how we call consoles platforms
@@likky1 I get that. But I'm still not sure what that means for a game like Marvel vs Capcom.
Like how Fortnite now has multiple games in it?
Can you do a Video on Darkstalkers Jeddah and also Frank West.
Sorry, just saw this since TH-cam notifs suck. You won't be waiting too much longer for at least one of those two characters!

Yep.
