This timelapse shows how I discovered, destroyed and totally renovated a house in Catalunya Spain. Gorgeous views, brilliant people and good friends. To do this house I had to learn how to do basically everything from scratch - from making concrete to welding and installation of electrics. This video is about 4000 hours of work distilled down into 13 minutes. Enjoy!

How did you solve the issue with the authenticity of the materials? This is a historical building. Did you agree on this with someone? Do you need to agree on it or not?

I still love that jig you made for the bar welds. So cool and probably saved a ton of time it the long run. Also the amount of RRR ♻️ you did on this build is inspiring

To be fair its hard to concentrate on this great work when the outside is so beautiful :). Its nice You mentioned its Spain.
I also want to add a small suggestion, right now Dako has some nice options for Doors and windows.
I think you must be very good at understanding what can be achieved in a day, and then another and another, and therefore how much you would get done in a year. That way you always know that the end goal is in sight. Me, I'm crap at that so massive props to you. I loved watching it all from start to finish and kind of miss it now. Come on, build something else 😁

Do you have thoughts and plans (after you take a well deserved break)? Also, that "guest room" ... does it have a second egress? I'm afraid if there's a fire it could be a death trap!
