    Hello, Mosh Pit Family! In this video, Jeremy and Braden invite Jinjer onto the channel for the first time! Jeremy has heard Jinjer before but only one song by them. Braden however hasn't really taken the time to listen to Jinjer but he definitely will now! We loved them! The breakdown was absolutely brutal and we want more! Dennis my God you know how to suggest songs for sure!
    Don't forget to Like the video and if you enjoy the content we are making for you please Subscribe as we really appreciate it :)!
    If you have any suggestions of songs for us to react to comment them down below! Also if you have any feedback for us as we are a small learning and growing channel we would love and appreciate the feedback. Don't forget to hit that notification bell so you never miss an upload!
    We love you all and we can't wait to see you in the next video!

    Great to see you guys enjoyed, this is one of my favorites. Sure someone will mention it eventually, but band members are Tatiana (vocals), Eugene (Bass), Roman (Guitar), and Vlad (Drums).
    Also, "normal Jinjer" isn't really something I could define, they really change things up a lot even within albums. Hard to put them in a sub genre, most fitting I've heard seems to be progressive metal. That said, vocals never fail, and the instrumentalists are all at the top of their games too. They manage to pull all this off pretty darn close in live performances too, timing and sync is impeccable, yet still a fun experience.
    For the tattoos, yeah, Tatiana has quite a few. I think she's dabbled in trying some of her own, and Eugene gave her a bit of leg space to try too if I recall (so yeah, he's got more than a couple of his own). If you watch old to newer vids, it's kind of neat to see the progression of what she's done, a few interviews she goes into a lot of them if that's an interest.
    Appreciate all the shoutouts, glad I seem to be getting a good sense of what y'all are into. This vid also reminds me I really do need to go listen to some Spiritbox and Arch Enemy - they're in my backlog, but I haven't gotten to them yet. Thanks again for the vid, hope you enjoy the next few also.

      Oh for sure Dennis! We loved this so much I have actually listened to it multiple times since our recording lol! It honestly was a better start for me on Jinjer than I think Pieces would've been out of the first minute I heard of it which is why I never got into them but I think you'll enjoy our next reactions for them as well!
      The Tattoos are something that really caught my eye for sure especially on her! Sounds kinda weird but I am sticking with it lol

      Almost exactly what I'd put in. Maybe Cloud Factory. Alissa is a beast, but Tati brings two worlds. Arch Enemy stays in their lane pretty well, and as an old (54yr old metalhead), Tati pushes things further. And honestly, Courtney is good, but Krysta was better IMO. You need to hear Iwrestledabearonce. Two different worlds when Krysta was front, then Courtney. No hate for any of them. They are all amazing.

    I love and enjoy to see Jinjer melt faces. ;-) The perfect continuation after Vortex would be their song 'Home Back', which is personal, and political, as the band is from Ukraine. And vocally, Tatiana goes even lower than here on that one. Also, check out 'Pit of Consciousness', the official video (everybody else will recommend the 'Live in Kiev' version of that song, and it sounds terrific live, but no, the official music video is better as a first impression in my opinion).

    Eugene uses a jazz-influenced bass position to give more control of the instrument. Perennial live at Wacken for a lighter one or Who Is Gonna Be The One official live for more focus on growls would be my suggestions for followups, but anything on stage really. Both those also show off what Eugene uses that high bass position for too. ;)

  • @randalljones4370
    @randalljones4370 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Jinjer needs to provide a little 'audience participation prop' for this song, in concert.
    imo
    They can play a prolonged version of the outro-thump while dropping 50 all-black pool-noodles onto the Pit.
    Then, just as the crazies start to thwack each other, the road-crew lowers a giant, 3-legged Gilley suit covered in bits of Lego and plastic guardrails and all the other stuff in the video... and the crowd gets to beat it like a pinata with the pool noodles.
    WHAT COULD GO WRONG ???

  • @Jinjer13
    @Jinjer13 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Jeremy you are so right...!
    Alissa's voice from Arch Enemy is good, Spiritbox is a musically excellent band, and Jinjer, the whole band is on a different musical planet for me. Jinjer just makes Jinjer music, that's it. And a sentence about Arch Enemy, it's a good band, but as far as the musicality of the 3 bands is concerned, I think Spiritbox has more to offer musically, and Jinjer, I don't think you have to discuss it at length......
