just to follow up on the original comment, works fantastic, even compared to my OLED gaming monitor that cost way more, the brightness is phenomenal, and 120hz mode works flawlessly with a hdmi 2.1 (picked up a 10m one for £35 on amazon) and my 4090. Tested about 20 games, everything popular from Diablo 4, WWE 2k24, through to Borderlands, Motorfest, and Rocket League, the screen delay is minimal (about 5ms) which is ideal for gaming, not even a hint of screen blur due to the very good blacks, thanks to full zone light array almost on par with oled at 1300 nits. Also tested with daughters old WiiU and again looks flawless even though thats just 1080p.

Which is better TCL C805K vs LG 65 Inch 65QNED816RE ? My budget is £900 and I love gaming, watching movies but which has the best colours, long lasting and better technology for years to come
I work at Mediamarkt and in many things the TCL C805K is better than the LG 65QNED816RE. The LG-tv is egde-lit, has 100hz but is QNED so it has better and richer colours and better contrast. The TCL-tv is mini-led with 120hz. I personally don’t think the QNED is worth it when you can also have mini-led. You might be able to expect somewhat of a more durable chip (which I’m not sure of) in the LG but that’s only because TCL is relatively new in the Netherlands so I don’t know much about the durability. Nevertheless, TCL is one of the most highly ranked and most popular tv-brands in the USA. That also says a lot. I would definitely advice the TCL because it perfoms better in many things than the LG. You could choose to calibrate the TCL-tv to get the same rich and good colours and the best contrast. I hope this helps!

Iv got a hisense u7k and it's got a lot of blooming I wach a lot of sports football and other sports through my sky q box is the TCL c805k a better tv with any blooming can u let us no anyone
Is any difference between c805 and c805k?
Does it have air play?
Yo pal can u help me out. This or the 645k?
Does anybody know if the TCL C805 allows you the enter a specific time point eg: (01.23.45) on a USB video file so you can start watching from that entry point?
Does anyone know the difference between the 803 and 805?
Must to ask u man, need tv for pc gaming,do u think this is good pick?
This TV has a 5.7ms responsive time, so yes you can use it for PC gaming. But usually hardcore PC gamers prefer a screen with no less than 1ms response time. That is something you need to consider.
Ciao una domanda , il pannello è vetro ? o semilucido /plasitca ?
So what's the catch? how come Samsung and LG are not offering similar?
@@Dr.Diddler-t9f because on lg and Samsung you pay the brand

Guyz Tcl C835 or Samsung q70d?
Is it same model C755? In Pakistan we don't seem to have C805. Can you please confirm.
Yes the C755 is the global version
@@tomfidalgono the c805 is the step above the c755.I saw them both in a shop in Ireland.
this QD-Mini LED is actually a QDEF (quantum dot enhancement film) & it's a decent tech. cant wait they make 27" of this tech for PC gamers!
With that stand where would you put a soundbar??
In front of it boob
Hi can someone who has this TV in Europe or anywhere else confirm if the TV remote has backlit buttons as I'm getting mixed info regarding this.
this or 55 oled . please help
I just ordered TCL 65" MQLED80 4K MINI-LED Smart TV (2023). Is this almost the same as this?
It is = C805 and C755.
This TV is better than Samsung Q80C?
Samsung q80c is shit I just got it and the sound is so pathetic it's unreal
Is it better than Hisense U7K? Tks!
Yes I would like to know this as well, as torn between this or the Hisense U7k
Same I'm in similar dilemma this or u7k
Same dilemma... It should have better picture quality because it has more backlight, better contrast, better OS. Hisense has better sound and more connectivity options.
Just ordered c75c805k 75" (2023) for £969 on amazon. Very excited .
Update: it's great. picture is a little soft but not really noticeable enough. WiFi connection SOMETIMES starts reconnecting randomly but not often enough. Great for it's price
@@malxcomm Why 805 over 745 / 845?
Does rhe picture degrade/desaturate when in game mode?
This or hisense u8hq?
Hello Chigz,can you use 1440p PS5 ?
Yes HDMI 2.1 REAL . 144OP a 120fps y 4K 120fps en console ps5 y xbox series X
Great review, great guidance, great insight.
Thank you!
Just bought 65inch one from AO electricals, arrives on friday, cant wait to hook up to PC
just to follow up on the original comment, works fantastic, even compared to my OLED gaming monitor that cost way more, the brightness is phenomenal, and 120hz mode works flawlessly with a hdmi 2.1 (picked up a 10m one for £35 on amazon) and my 4090.
Thank you for the update
Hi which cable did you get what brand thanks
@@HighwayUK hi there have you still got this tv what is it like for sky tv with it aswell how does the football look on it am really thinking of getting it this week 75 inch version does the ps5 look washed out on it thank you in advance
@@Aefc85 since it supports native HDR10 and 1300 nits , anything in that format will be just fine, also has dedicated HDR auto adjust for normal content too. The sports mode looks great since the tv is 120hz
Any updates?
Hi chigz unfortunately I cannot get 120 Hz all my settings are correct on the PS5 but it still shows 60 Hz I bought this TV after I seen your review and I can see on call of duty it says 120 Hz how have you enable this? Can you help me or anyone else reading this. Thank you
I am awaiting delivery of this TCL model from Richer Sounds and am advised that the HDMI1 port is dedicated for gaming. I hope this helps.
@@englishgentesq7154 unfortunately not my friend as I have tried both ports. I've tried Spider-Man Morales which is 120 Hz but it stays @60fps
Do you have the right cable?
@@grecuovidiu9 sorted now my friend
@@grecuovidiu9 My thoughts exactly- a HDMI 2.0(18Gbps) minimum or ideally 2.1(48 Gbps)... length of cable may be a factor but if you connect the PS or a PC with any old type 1080p cable rated to HDMI 1.4 you will not get anywhere!
Is it the same as QM8B?
@@cheops2396 Yes
Great review . Showed me everything I wanted to know
Great review very in depth. Loved how you setup the stand which will help people when buying .
This vs tcl c845k - anyone know the difference?
Has anyone tried the gaming monitor from TCL 27R83U? It's available in my country for 1100euros and i don't know much about TCL but the features sound nice. I am thinking if it is worth a try or not. Can't seem to find any reviews about this monitor yet.
Great review, Sold and subbed 👍
does this have build in soundbar or needed to buy one for this tv
You don't really need a soundbar, as you can achieve a powerful DOLBy ATMOS sound with the built in speakers.
If anyone knows and has the same TV model as me TCL QLED C805, can you connect a Blu-Ray reader and can you connect another brand of camera with HD resolution let's say these for PC cameras, because I can't find exactly that TV camera for my TV model anywhere if you can connect a Blu-Ray reader to USB, I'm also interested in whether there is a USB C with input and output like on mobile phones and PS5, and if you can connect a Blu-Ray reader, does it also go through a USB splitter, because that TV model has only one USB 3.0 port, if I'm not mistaken, and I have a splitter with 3.0 four inputs and one USB I would really like to put a reader and a camera, but as I said, I can't find a camera for that TV model anywhere.
does anyone know if the 50 inch is good?
Will let you know, ordered mine & comes tomorrow
50 inch got bad panel, the good panels start at 55 anr above i have the 98 inch and love it
Mine is fine, surpassed my expectations 8.5/10 (50 inch)
@@GottaBeMark Hi, is there any negative points with this tv? Something you don't like, I'm thinking of buying one, the 50" size exactly.
i came to c the quality of the tv and then i saw that arsenal badge on the carton and i just think i decided on my new purchase, tge quality and taste has to be there if Arsenal approves it.
Bbc iplayer??
@@Cagefighter you will need a firestick or some sort of device to be able to have BBC iPlayer, itvx etc as 8 think TCL don't have the license for those apps .
I have a TCL 43inch, it's not bad for gaming either.
Great review as always, i just got this tv its kinda good but the motion and sdr is one of the worst ive ever seen unfortunately
What’s the response time per ms on it. Does it feel quick or is there any other information?
Try enabling film mode and turn all other unessential setting
)processing features off should clean it up a bit
Why they say 144hz but it goes 120hz
Is C805k same as C855?
No? Its different class.
Thanks for the great video. Just bought this for large kitchen extension.. power to go in next week so dying to see it in action!
Sounds like your kitchen is going to look amazing.
Why get 144hz when ps5 only supports 120hz ?
Wow great vid I know which tv I'm getting Ty! 😃
