I’m always surprised (though maybe I shouldn’t be by now) by the photography and editing on these videos. Beautiful shots of the castle, the birds, the water, and the fish. Just stunning. Also, that feeling of starting fishing and the anxiety of wanting to catch a fish…so true, Alex!

I remember your old videos when you fished the wye in Herefordshire for barbel. There’s now decent size carp in the same areas, very hard fighting fish.

You can tell that you guys are dialed in with your gear. Those casts were like poetry in motion. That's the type of cast that gives you warm fuzzy's. I'm a trout fisherman, and I prefer to fish moving water, those casts would have me holding my line waiting for a hit.
Carl's messy hair reminds me of my hair when I arrive home from fishing, looking like i've been attacked by magpies :)))).

Becouse of your guys tips and fun in carp fishing i actually started my self and my first carp was 7.7 kg and still mij pb thanks for showing me this new fishery i was actually always an pike and perch fisherman so keep up the good content and turtorials

Hey you guys were in Wales?.... Ah that's great, Caerphilly is not too far from where I live, there's a free lake not far from Caerphilly with some belting fish in three (carp and pike) it's a hard lake but if you're down this way again think it'd be worth a visit
Guys, I’ve got a video idea. I would appreciate your thoughts. It would be a 1 colour bait only challenge where you can only use the same coloured bait as what is selected on a random wheel or selector. Hope this is a idea that you could do. 👍

Im so happy as today I caught three perch all just under 2lb in a river that is next to my garden(im allowed to fish as the bank is in my garden the river is very small)
I had never seen fish in this river for years only a few small Rudd and 5 or 6 yrs ago there was a few carp

But I'm pretty sure your not allowed to fish any the surrounding lakes/pools
