Please note, all current laws/guidelines were followed and permission was granted by local authorities to allow filming without face coverings. Both stores were closed to the public, increased ventilation, sanitised hands and surfaces, everyone involved had tested negative prior to filming/had no symptoms or had been vaccinated. What a nice thing to do. It seems to me that these days that fishing seems to only be about the selfish agendas whether it be making money, not sharing good locations or just a bad attitude towards fellow anglers. I have seen everything online in several forums such as total carp etc where even I have seen anglers taking the piss out of newcomers because of their gear or the newbie questions they are asking. I am a 37 yr old soldier and I started fishing when I was about 7 and I still find these guys videos entertaining but also inspiring. I love how they keep the channel clean for young kids but also entertaining for adults. I fell out of love with my fishing a few yrs back and it was the American trips I watched that made me realise what I fell in love with all them yrs ago. How many kids you guys must have inspired I can’t imagine. I really think that you guys are the biggest ambassadors for angling to the younger generation. Keep up the good work guys 💪🏼

Every video ends up with dislikes. I think some of them are bots, often dislikes appear before the footage has started.
Its always them same bud people can't be happy for others who have work really hard from the bottom to get where they are today and even that they give 100% back to the younger people and remember where they came from and don't even ask for anything back or a thank you a smile and there happy keep the work up guys yous are incredible and we appreciate everything yous do

At a guess I would say the dislikes are from other TH-cam content makers, whom Carl and Alex have just shamed.

I suppose people don't like the company promotional stunt it looks like or probably is ,as all the gear they seem to pick up was either korda, fishing guru or mainline all sister compaines and turning up to the tackle shop when it closed was a bit suspicious.anyway where ever the gear come from was still a good thing to do even with the motive behind it,it still doesn't deserve any of the dislikes

By the way I live in Thailand and know some of the best fisherman and well known fishing ponds and we've been discussing inviting you guys out here for a while... Unfortunately Covid squashed those plans but hopefully soon we can get something organised. As an ineligible American that very rarely even carp fishes, thank you for doing this. You have either solidified, or begun many lifelong passions. It’s crazy because whether you realize it or not, you have influenced these kids positively for the rest of their lives. Whether It’s just you guys being you guys, or Europeans in general (probably the former), I will always appreciate people more concerned with “we” than people concerned with “me.”

I remember wanting to fish when I was younger, I wasn’t well and our family didn’t have a lot of money, I had a few great times fishing freshwater as my school had done some play schemes, what you have done for those not able to buy that amount of fishing equipment was stellar! Thank you for giving those a chance to have some fun.
