- Ahmed learned to make Egyptian Feteer as a child in his family's restaurant in Alexandria and has brought those traditions with him to Steinway Street in Queens. His love and passion for the dish are evident from the moment you walk through the doors at @Mum.Feteer
Originating in Ancient Egypt thousands of years ago, Feteer is a dish steeped in tradition that predates modern pizza (thought to have been created between the 16th and 18th centuries) by millennia.

It seems that you lack information, so let me explain to you,
all the countries that are called Arabs, not because their origin is Arab, but because they speak Arabic as their mother tongue, and everyone still maintains their identity, culture, and way of life that suits our religion, from Morocco to Saudi Arabia. In fact, even the Arabs who currently live in the Arabia are not Original Arabs.
The original Arabs, the majority of the original race, have decreased in numbers, and the rest of them are located in specific and well-known areas, most of them in Yemen, and they are still proud of that. So let me ask you a question in the end. If the Egyptians currently chose to live a lifestyle like the West, and spoke English instead of Arabic, and not follow any religion, do you still ask that nonsense question ? Of course not, so go and fix your issues away from us, or at least go and build a civilization if you find yourself without a civilization and want to steal of others.@@JewishAtheist

@@konz.maktoba2023he’s talking about the ancient Egyptians here. They were not Arabic you guys invaded and grape them and made them Arab like you did with the whole Middle East and North Africa.
Been seeing your 🔥 content for a while. Respect.
Im gonna need you to drop a vid of you and an old classmate from 4th grade, holding up a year book for proof, and the classmate confirming that you always talked like that. Thanks man pin this
This guy's commitment to the character is great
Now that’s the kind of American I’m proud to share a nation with. I’ve never had feteer, now I want to try it!!
His voice reminds me of someone hmm: oh yeah i’ll have two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda.
i just found this channel...obviously this is probably redundant now..but pffffff that voice got me lol.i saw dude and i was like oh hes fly af...then i paid attention and realized that voice was coming from him. i think i fell in love immediately 😳 hahaha
This channel always has me wondering if I did the right thing by moving out of NY
Bro been forcing that voice so hard since his teens it became permanent. " Martial arts " 😅
7000 years ago there were no tomatoes in Egypt, dude
He didn't claimed he was making the OG recipe.
@@SkyRied1well yeah but on those standards italian pizza is 2000+ as well, they have flatbread with toppings in paintings recovered from pompei
Ancient Greece also had it way before that as well if you wanna be technical... As well as other territories in the area so the 200 year comment was just goofy lol
@@user-fp2fl9ul2eyou do know tomatoes come from the american continent right?😂
@user-fp2fl9ul2e Feteer meshaltet dates back to ancient Egypt, where it was known as "feteer maltoot". It was left at temples as an offering to the gods it came from Egypt not Syria or palatine
Just the addy my guy.
Unless this is food reviews meets Witness Protection
People need to know where things are at..😉
It's in the description!
..it is? You mean the name that's on the screen, or? Cuz I am not alone in saying I need the physical address at a glance before I will be bothered to go anywhere.@@MishkaMakesFood
@@vnyanforjwhen u hold down on ur screen, it gives u an option to look at the description. He adds the social media accs, address, and name of the restaurant! Wish there was a easier way to access it :/ it took me a while to figure it out
It's funny to see the short guy lower his voice
Pizza is 1000 years old though, it just evolved with time.
Love your reviews, love your voice, dont listen to the haters br
@user-sw9gwhaving a deep voice isn’t cultural appropriation
@user-sw9gw what cultural appropriation?
@user-sw9gw😂😂 American moment
"Cultural appropriation"
Go to sleep man
@@varunpallamreddy6075 He’s faking it dufis..
I loved Egypt, people are too nice!😊
It looks super delicious ♥️
I can listen to him talk all day 😌 😅 and I need like three of Egyptian pizzas
In his best pop smoke voice..
"Yo, pop smoke? Never heard of him.."
Its’s called hawawshi
No, that's different, Hawawshi was invented in 1971 by Ahmed al-Hawawsh.
Hawawshi is a meat sandwich with the meat is stuffed and partially cooked in a pitta bread.
Feteer is made in a similar way to pizza where toppings are added to the dough to be baked. Main difference between it and the Pizza invented in Italy is that feteer is that it is stuffings rather than toppings.
Looks delicious
Im proud to be an Egyptian 🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬
Asian gangster 😂
Lmao 😂🤣
That needs to be my favourite pizza. Just need to find a shop here that sells them
That looks insanely good.. bravo 👏🏻
I am Egyptian. You made me laugh 😂
"japanese speak from diaphragm"
This dude: 🍗🍉🎼
Why do you pretend to talk like that? It's weird, be yourself.
it's a gimmick dumbass
Everybody making fun of his voice but after checking out this channel this is one of the realest food channels. It's as much about the food as it's about the people
"200 or 100 years old" Bro forgot about 3000 years 💀💀💀
It’s hilarious. He looks like my Accountant and he’s trying to sound gangster.😅
.. what do gangsters sound like?
Break your bigotry ALL the way down for me real quick.
I don't even care if this is his real voice, bro is the most chill and i dig it
