They are out of Missouri, but the basics apply here too. My hunting productivity has exploded since I started following Growing Deer TV and Whitetail Habitat Solutions.
Hands down the best thing ive done to my property was to hinge cut trees at 4' - 6' high along my property line so that it creates a visual/physical blocking fence row...... It prevents people from being able to see inwards & animals can easily travel under the hinged trees.... No food plot needed - its a sanctuary now.
Love these videos, I'm working two pieces of land right now. 96 acres and 125 acres. My question is, Right now is it too late to Hack and Squirt? I'm in very south Tennessee. Right on the boarder of Alabama/Tennessee. My leaves are more stressed than changing. I'm probably right on the edge but I have 15 acres I need to work on hack and squirt this weekend. I'm hoping it's not too late. Thanks for all you do for deer hunters and land managers!
@@GrowingDeerTV the species is Chinese Parasol tree. I dont have a big budget at all and there are billions of them on my property. i try to spray and cut areas but they come right back even thicker the following year.
Finally found someone to watch in Louisiana!!

Always enjoy the property planning videos even though I don’t own any.
Great info daniel
Good luck this year
Wow you weren’t to far from my property. Would love to see more updates on this property
Do you know him, or you recognized the satellite image? Lol or did I miss something? I was trying to figure out where about they were
The sprouts are a good thing in moderation.

Probably a bit late for some species. To be safe, consider using the girdle and squirt technique.
Some stump sprouts can provide a great deal of protein on the landscape.
But once the sprouts harden off they’re not good.
What do you recommend for a property that is overgrown with an invasive species? Im overwhelmed with what to do on my property
I recommend implementing a plan to get rid of the invasives. The steps to take will depend on the species of invasives, your budget, etc.
